  I can’t put into words how wonderful Brookdale Windsor was for my mom. The staff was so loving, caring, helpful, and attentive to her. The food was great. Good variety of choices. She loved the desserts. There is a ton of activities. It always looked and smelled clean. It was such an amazing environment for my mom to be in. Thank you Brookdale Windsor. THANK YOU

  The staff are kind and caring. They do a wonderful job and we know it's been a very rough couple of years in such a field. We really appreciate the support and service they offer our loved ones.

  My mother began showing signs of dementia, which was unmanageable at this assisted living facility. I understand that. While attempting to get a diagnosis for my mother so we could look for more appropriate placement, I received an insistent phone call to come pick her up or come sit with her. No discussion. No compassion. No problem solving. Just an ultimatum. (I live approximately 4 hours away, when the pass is open.) It would have been nice if we could have worked together on a transition as my mom's needs increased.

  I was very stressed about setting up my father with assisted living, and now at Brookdale my father is safe, comfortable and well cared for. He has space for the things he loves to do, like play piano and exercise. He enjoys the interactions with staff and the other residents. The neighborhood is safe and convenient for him to navigate. I couldn't be happier with where my father is now.
