  I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Sierra View Funeral Home. They handled my stepfather’s cremation and ashes with the utmost care, compassion, and professionalism. From the very beginning, Amy was absolutely wonderful, kind, patient, and understanding during such a difficult time. She guided us through every step with empathy and made sure all of our questions were answered. Losing a loved one is never easy, but Amy’s warmth and attention to detail brought us so much comfort. Everything was handled smoothly and respectfully. I’m truly grateful to her and the entire team for their compassion and support. Thank you, Amy, for making a hard time a little bit easier.

  Sierra View Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc. provided invaluable support during one of the most challenging times of my life. After my mother passed away, I faced significant difficulties with her original mortuary, despite her having secured funeral arrangements there three decades prior. The mortuary not only refused to provide critical policy information but also became increasingly difficult to work with. In addition, their storefront was far from satisfactory, and I was left in distress, uncertain about the location of my mother's remains. This situation was both unacceptable and highly distressing. Seeking a solution, I was referred to Sierra View by an out-of-town funeral director. Once Sierra View became involved, the contrast in service was immediately apparent. They approached every aspect of the arrangements with professionalism and compassion, ensuring that all details were managed swiftly and efficiently. From the very beginning, they demonstrated the level of care and ease that should have been present from the start. Sierra View honored my mother's 30-year-old funeral policy without hesitation. They located and took possession of her remains, carried out the cremation, and handled all necessary permits. Throughout the process, they provided comfort and reassurance during a profoundly difficult period. Their exceptional staff made a significant difference, and I am confident in recommending Sierra View Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., just as they were recommended to me by an industry professional.

  Loss is always difficult and sometimes hard to navigate all the details while grieving. I cannot say enough about Sierra View Funeral Chapel. Amy and Elizabeth were so professional and caring after the death of our father. They took care of things we did not even know we needed. We sure appreciate the care we received. They even followed up with us months after to see if our family needed anything. We highly recommend Sierra ViewFuneral Chapel when that time comes.

  I wanted to share with everyone about Sierra View Funeral Home. If you ever need their Services, they will take Execellent care of you & your loved one. We have used them for my husbands sister and both of his parents. On my side of the family both of my parents, since 2004 and each time we got such kind & understandable people that work there.... They are very kind and respectable. They also are very affordable. We have used the Carmichael and Rocklin locations.
