- TMtracy moringoNov 21, 20255.0My wife and I took a tour of the Brookdale Murrieta assisted living facility and Ann Ciccarelli who is their Sales and Marketing Manager did an awesome job of explaining the costs and services available for my 90 year old dad. When we were done, we knew this was the home for my dad. I then spent 2 days selling him (dad) on Brookdale, and he'll be moving in shortly. Ann is great at her job and with people. Nick M.

As we walked in the door, we could tell this was an A+++ facility. Everything was clean and organized. The seniors living there seemed genuinely happy and content. The receptionist was very warm and kind. We spoke with Ann Ciccarelli, the Sales and Marketing Manager and she is phenomenal!! She was gracious, empathetic and compassionate. Even though this facility was not a good fit for my mother (non memory care), Ann pointed us in the right direction. She even provided information about a little known additional benefit for Veterans that could benefit my mother. We left feeling well informed for the next steps. Ann also followed up with me via phone the next week just to see how things were going. Very kind.
