Based on the outstanding care I’ve witnessed firsthand, I can honestly say I would trust Brookdale Lodi with my own father. It’s a remarkable place filled with remarkable people.

Another person check in behind her and she was very kind and welcoming...didn't make sense why I was treated differently, when I walked in kind with a smile. Customer service is important and each person walking through that door should be treated properly. She left a bad impression
