- TLTatiana LoweAug 20, 20251.0My caregiver was confirmed for a week. Texted me the night before to do her check-in and we were all set. 30 minutes later k get a phone call that she was unavailable. I reached back out to the caregiver and she confirmed she did not cancel and that her agency reassigned her. They never filled the position with anyone else and left me without care.

They have some good baby sitters but some of the baby sitters shouldn’t get to work ( I wish I could use some names but it’s ok) I had a pretty bad week with the baby sitters ( a lot of times they would cancel last minute or if they show up they stay on there phone most of the time while kids are on there own) until I got Safa from Jovie. She came as the result of my prayers. We were so lucky to have met Safa, She was kind, caring and amazing with kids. She showed up on all the committed days, she had so much energy to play with kids and kept them entertain. While at work I knew my kids were in safe hands. So 100% highly recommend Safa,. thank you Safa for all your love and care. Hope we get to see you again.
