Dealing with this mortuary has been a horrible experience. My mom passed away October 6th. It’s November 20th and they still haven’t moved forward with cremating her. I guarantee if I had not called, they wouldn’t have bothered trying to contact her doctor to sign the death certificate. I get told all the time that it will be handled and I will get a call back from Liz. However, she doesn’t seem to like answering the phone. She also acts like it’s an inconvenience to do her job. I would never recommend this mortuary to take care of your family.

I am assuming this is a good place to send loved ones away to heaven as it is next to LAX and been here for age. Had to take some photos as the moon sits perfectly on top of it. Thanks for letting me post these photos and commenting.

I dealt with Sean, who is truly an amazing person to work with during this type of situation. It was set up with Liz but after personally talking to Sean, we were able to set up a perfect meeting arrangement to pick up my father’s cremation remains. I’m thrilled with the way he handled things with such sensitivity. It was like he was dealing with his own family member. I honestly believe that he personally goes thru each person’s family’s passing and treats them as if they were his own family. He is a very genuine guy. I was very concerned about my dad’s remains and assured me that from start to finish, there is a special metal tag. He gave me the reassurance that I so needed. And, it will be coming home with us. Thank you so much.

Liz was exceptional in a very trying moment in our lives. She was very helpful and helped us setup funeral service for my stepfather and we could not be more grateful. Very nice facility and did not take advantage of us or pressure us into getting anything we did not want.

The service is good but there is limited parking taken up by the neighbors making even less parking available.
