After looking at many places I settled on Brookdale. I can't say enough good things about this location, the staff, and the management. From the moment my dad got to Brookdale the staff was amazing. Everyone was warm and welcoming. From the director and office staff helping with all the details of getting him settled, to the med techs to the activities director to the caregivers. The attention and care received was wonderful. Everyone is friendly and it is obvious that the staff enjoy what they do in the way they care for the residents. I would highly recommend Brookdale at Diablo Lodge.

This place completely exceeded all expectations and the relief I felt that my mother was in a place that she liked and was taken care of was palpable. Everyone there went so far out of their way for my mother that I can only call them angels. My moms end was the best it could have possibly been because of their consideration and care. It felt like a family from day one to the last minute. I will always be indebted to them for the kindness they showed my mom and my whole family.
