  They have a very loving staff that is thorough, dedicated, and great with kids. My daughter felt very safe there and loved all the caregivers. They served healthy food with a wide variety of offerings. They always made sure to communicate how the day went for my child and any wins or challenges she had. I highly recommend the wonderful care and staff at Ortega Child Care.

  I love this place .. staff are awesome! I feel my daughter has learned a lot from this daycare.. she such a fast learner she caught on to her abc and numbers and colors she loving coming to this daycare and I do feel really comfortable with having here at this site .. Charlene does a great job with the kids and giving them the first steps of there basic education..I was recommended to thie place by my aunt and I'm grateful for this daycare !!

  I called to ask for information and to be able to hire your services, the person who answered my phone was so rude when I asked to talk to someone who spoke Spanish and hung up on me, he just said "ok bye" while at the end of the call there were children crying and another person shouting "no". Honestly I wouldn't hire their services, if that's how they are with adult parents, I don't know how they will be with the children, definitely with them on my part NO

  Hi, I was referred to Charlene by my sister. I Never knew what child care was like. I never had the need for a day care. I am sure glad that I found this place. Charlene is a pleasure to speak to. The atmosphere is gentle and soft. You feel it when you walk in. The kids enjoy themselves. I would recommend Ortega family day care over and over. Thank you Charlene!

  Ortega Family child care is an amazing place for child my son Joseph and I are really satisfied with there services. Charlene provides excellent nutrition for kids, library time, transportation, fun activites, art and crafts. It's a very comfortable and safe environment. I will recommend this child care to love one and friends. Thank you Charlene for being there for Joseph and I.
