  They have a very loving staff that is thorough, dedicated, and great with kids. My daughter felt very safe there and loved all the caregivers. They served healthy food with a wide variety of offerings. They always made sure to communicate how the day went for my child and any wins or challenges she had. I highly recommend the wonderful care and staff at Ortega Child Care.

  My daughter has been attending Ortega Family Child care for almost a year. She was enrolled at 18 months. The staff is always welcoming, and friendly. My daughter is happy when I drop her off in the mornings and not once has she cried during a drop off. I feel comfortable knowing that there is always more than 3 staff at all times. I am not always consistent with a pick up time, and when my daughter was in diapers she was always dry. She never came home with a rash, and to me that was comforting. I feel my daughter is safe with Mrs. Charlene and her staff.

  Charlene and her team of teachers care   for kids well being. They provide plenty of diverse experiences for the kids by exposing them to different cultural,  and educational activities. On the way home from the daycare, my two year old says new words, singing new song, or trying to tell me something new. They also provide and instill kids with good habit. Eating by themselves, saying thank you and please, and encourage them to comunicate and express their feelings through words, teaching them how to share. They also provide healthy meal, which they cook on daily basis. Plenty of physical activities. Charlene bought them a couple new tricycle for Christmas so the kids can learn and play with new items. We will have our second daughter going here in the future as well!

  My son is disabled, I always have peace of mind when I leave my son with Charlene. I know he will be safe and taken care of.

  I like this place . Charlene , Gracine and Maria are very nice and helpful. Good place for kids. And my son Darren likes here ,too.
