- JLJulie LagoyAug 21, 20241.0On 7/31/2024 while working at one of the care homes in which Kingsviews clients live a Kingsview bus driver backed into my car which was parked in the driveway, I informed Program Director Katherine E. Coleman at her office as soon as I saw my severally dented in back bumper and scuffed up tail light she took my info and said I would hear from their insurance by the end of the week, while dropping clients off that afternoon the driver (Infront of witnesses) approached me and apologized saying "I'm so sorry I thought I hit a pothole". I still to this day have not been connected by Kingsviews insurance and Katherine Coleman is refusing to give me their insurance information for which I have proof by way of text message. Moral #1of the story is a company who cares this much about doing the right thing by a 48 yr old widow of 2 yrs barely making over minimum wage and just trying to survive on her own, may care just as much about the people their business serves. # 2 Be careful of where you park when visiting the Kingsview location and locations they're vehicls maybe or you may end up where I am now!
