CarePartners took over Tucson Gardens Memory Care on July 1st, 2025 and unfortunately, our family had a terrible experience. I would encourage you to read the public AZ Department of Health Services, Health Care Facilities, Inspection Reports.

I'm giving this business two stars Strictly because the Care Givers and the caring staff who are still working there are still so wonderful and really trying their best! Care Partners needs to wake up!! It has been only a month since this new company took over this Memory Care facility and everything has started going down hill incredibly FAST! They have gotten rid of So Many of the staff, including care givers, housekeeping staff, plus several of the office and kitchen staff who were wonderful as well. Now they expect this to work with less than half of the people they had originally and the ones who are left are having to do the work of three people each day. I don't know how this company expects them to keep up! If they keep this business model, they are going to loose the wonderful people they still have working there, not to mention the residents who's families are getting Very Irritated with their care! This used to be one of The Best places to take a loved one who is living with Dementia or Alzheimer's. They used to have a good team of some of the best Care Givers, House Keepers/Laundry staff, Nursing Staff, Kitchen Staff, Grounds Keepers/Maintenance people, Activities Coordinators, and Office Staff I have dealt with. Every One Of Them appeared to Care about the residents there, and the care givers had time to get to know the residents and their quirks and how to deal with them. Unless things change drastically within the next few months, I would not recommend this place as "one of the best" any longer.

This place is horrible. Caregivers fighting with each other in the cottages or always on there phones. No one seems to care. The worst person I met was the nursing assistant while I was there he was gossiping with caregivers about other workers even his own BOSSES. Very rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend this place to anyone

I'm giving two stars for the employees who try to keep up with the overload of work expected from them with minimal pay. Without the employees I would give them no stars. The management is a joke and it all stems from Dale. It's a shame due to the fact that it is a visibly beautiful establishment that if ran correctly has the potential to be a nice place for your loved ones. Here's the problem. It's ran purely for money. Talk about skeleton crew. How about employees running from cottage to cottage on a regular basis. How about one employee during the day shift trying to take care of 14 residents with dementia or physical ailments that require heavy lifting by themselves? This puts the residents and caregivers in a very dangerous situation yet I see it all the time. The residents don't get the care they need and the workers are quite clearly stressed to the breaking point. No wonder the turnaround is so high. To end, unless they seriously address the issues and start running the place like the residents and employees are actually a concern I wouldn't leave my bicycle in their care.
