  I love taking my kids to this school they have some great staff members. All of them love my children and create a very postive experience they even go above and beyond my expectations. Espcially for my youngest they are so patient with them. My kids absloutly adore the front office staff and loves to run and give them all morning and good night hugs. Thank you so much for yalls dedication to our children!

  The reviews before mine are correct. If it wasn’t for the two week notice, my kids would be out today. I’ve already experienced a baby left alone under two and the new director had to write both teachers up and nobody wanted to take accountability why this child was left alone. Valerie in the preschool area tends to write up my child every single day but when he was bit, and when he got out of the building twice, nothing was written up. I had to constantly ask for this to be written up as an incident report because it should’ve been documented and I should’ve been called all three times. The list goes on and this is all within the first couple weeks. The teachers need better training and the people they are putting in charge while the directors are out, are definitely not qualified either. The bus driver Morgan is also really mean to my child and I don’t find it appropriate at all that she should be traveling with children or working with them.

  I called Sunrise Preschool at Papago today simply to inquire about tuition and fees for their toddler program. I was transferred multiple times before finally being connected to Philip, the assistant director — and the experience was extremely unprofessional. There was no greeting, no introduction, no willingness to help. Philip did not even say hello or explain who I was speaking with. I had to pull every bit of information out of him instead of being welcomed or guided through their program. When I mentioned that I was just calling for information, he was dismissive, uninterested, and completely disengaged. When I asked to speak with the director, he just said the director wasn’t there — with no offer to take a message or assist further in any way. If this is how they treat a parent simply calling for basic information, I can only imagine the lack of care and communication inside the classroom. First impressions matter, especially when it comes to childcare, and this one made me instantly lose trust and interest. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

  This daycare went downhill so fast. Megan came in and ruined everything we loved about it. She overfills the room and I specifically counted 19 kids in the 2yr old room which is over the limit and got an eye roll from the staff. She sends messages at 6am saying due to staffing issues they can’t take our kids that day but then still charges for the day with no remorse. Take your kids somewhere where they care about families.

  This is my first time using daycare... I definitely did my legwork and I toured with 7 different daycares. I ended up choosing this one mainly because it's right by my work. I was a initially feeling good about it after I toured and saw at a glance the rating was 4.6 overall... then I went into the reviews and became uneasy because the most recent reviews were negative... I called the school and inquired with them about the negative review.... I felt the response given was transparent and honest. I decided to still give it a try... I will say my baby is a newborn... and the girls in the infant room have been amazing...I really love Ms. Jackie... she's so good with my son.. which is very comforting because hes only about 11 weeks old. Not to take away from the other gals... who are also amazing!! I feel confident with the level of care and kindness they give my son. With management we've got Cassie and Tiana... both ladies are amazing and i see them always helping out... I absolutely love Tiana ..she's got a great personality, professional and yet fun and always gives love to my baby and makes him smile and laugh! While I understand no business can please everyone... I decided to gamble and still tryout this daycare despite the recent negative review...... I'm happy in my decision and grateful for these amazing ladies who watch over my baby boy!
