I really love this facility but Charlene (older lady who apparently has been there for over 2 years because she wouldn’t stop saying this) in infants (but floats) needs an attitude adjustment. She was YELLING at another employee in front of the children. To the point I reconsidered having my kids there. She’s a very knee jerk reaction type person and the sweet younger lady that was helping us while being yelled at by the older lady. She needs SERIOUS training before working with kids. She also slammed her fists on the table to make it known she’s mad. This scares children. Completely unacceptable. 5 stars is for everyone else. -10 stars for Charlene Update: we pulled our son and went to another daycare. When going to get his stuff one of the teachers was yelling at your poor kiddos to go to sleep and she’d eat ALL THE SNACKS if they didn’t go to sleep so they’d be hungry. Don’t work with kids if you have ego trips…. Appalling

i woudn't recommend you put your children here. The new director isnt nice. she never introduced herself to anyone of the staff or parent. she doesn't support kids with specials needs, she yells at them then threatens the staff with a write up when said staff member was just trying to help her get to know the students. she rather drop the "difficult" kids then work with them. i would put my kids in a daycare that doesn't just see them as a dollar sign but as children. that is all what sunrise is, they see your children as dollar sign, not children.

As a single mother of three, I carefully budget every dollar to ensure my children have what they need. I was extremely disappointed when the preschool entered my credit card information incorrectly, resulting in a failed transaction and a $40 return item fee. This charge was not due to any error on my part, but theirs—and yet, they refused to take responsibility or offer any resolution. I reached out hoping for understanding or assistance, but was met with unwillingness to correct a mistake that clearly originated from their end. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles those mistakes says a lot. Unfortunately, their lack of accountability and disregard for how this impacts families like mine left me feeling dismissed and unsupported. I expect better from an institution entrusted with the care of young children and hope they reconsider how they approach customer service in the future.

It was time for our daughter to enter daycare for the first time ever. My wife and I had researched many places before finally landing on Sunrise Preschool. The things that ultimately made our decision easy were the friendly staff, the security cameras, key pad secured entrance door, the age appropriate curriculum, cleanliness and the location. I would recommend Sunrise to other parents. Cheers!

My 3 yr old son has been attending for a few weeks now and every single day he tells me how much fun he had and how the preschool makes him happy. That alone makes me very happy as a parent :)
