From our daughter’s hand getting slammed in the door by a staff member, A/C going out in the room in the summer, and today’s icing on the cake. Our daughter bit on the face and receiving 0 feedback on what happened. No report, complete lack of care shown by the staff when we did notice it. Now I understand they’re young and biting happens but to have 0 communication on what happened is a big issue for me. If you can’t be trust in small things why should you be trusted with big things like our children.

I was able to have my mind at ease while working. Jo the director at Sunrise has always been open and communicated with me when questions arose. I whole heartedly felt that my infant was cared for in my absence.
- KKKristal KirklandNov 21, 20255.0We’ve had such a great experience with Sunrise. After trying other places in the past, this is the first one where my three-year-old actually asks to go every day. The teachers are all friendly, many of them are moms and you can tell they care about every child not just the ones in their own classroom. They’ve helped us with potty training and learning all the preschool things. It gives me so much confidence for our little guy to start kindergarten in the next couple years. The rooms are always spacious, clean, and set up for fun. This is a safe and happy environment for kids to spend their day. We’re really grateful to have found Sunrise.

My kids love this place! THIS IS THE BEST PRESCHOOL. My kids are extremely happy to come here everyday. Jo, the director is amazing. She cares about your kids and does everything she can to make sure they are growing and developing in a positive way. Among what SOME (talking to you Julia) reviews say, this preschool is the best!

I was nervous at first since this was their very first daycare experience after being home with me since they were babies. But Miss Jo, Holly, and their team have been fantastic. Every time I’m in the building, the staff are happy and upbeat—even on the busiest days, they truly go above and beyond. They also did a wonderful job supporting both of my boys as they transitioned into their next age-appropriate classrooms after their birthdays. The move was seamless, and they are thriving in their new rooms. Since my boys have started, I have witnessed tremendous growth in them, and we are incredibly grateful for Sunrise in Surprise, AZ. The teachers keep us updated, share daily posts and photos that highlight what our kids are doing throughout the day which sets my momma heart at ease.
