    The management here is very poor they should Be ashamed how they care for others loved one Patty is very Poor executive Director she don’t care if her caregiver care for the Patient . I have seen patient ask for assist to be pushed to there room the caregiver replies it’s apart of ur Therapy patient was stroked left side. Could not push him self. There bathroom are dirty. This is a place that don’t care about there Patient

    My father is residing in Villa Ocotillo. Since our first visit to discuss the admission till now our experience with this place and its staff was exceptional! Everybody there are very professional and caring. Facility is clean, comfortable and well managed. We are very grateful to the staff and especially to Patty, Executive Director!
