- BMBrenda MalloryMay 9, 20255.0Today we moved my Mother in law from assisted living to memory care. The transition went very smoothly due to Patty, the director. Patty was so kind, reassuring and Jay moved all the heavy stuff and Shana took out all the garbage. We have worked with Patty for over 5 years and she is so supportive and such an advocate for my husband and I. She goes the extra mile with communication and always takes time with my husband, who is the POA. I am a retired nurse and have worked in over 100 assisted living facilities as a wound care nurse. I have never met such a caring, kind, and supportive director. She knows all of the patients names and gives hugs as we walk the hallway. I have talked with the staff and asked how long they have been working at Ocotillo Place and most said a few months to a few years and they stay because of Patty. She goes the extra mile and we love her and grateful she is there for my mother in law. Brenda Mallory
