- NCNancy CummingsOct 9, 20255.0Brookdale North Scottsdale has been an excellent senior living facility for my brother. The staff is very caring and knowledgeable. The facility itself is lovely, well kept and comfortable. Staff made the move to Brookdale easy for my brother. The staff went out of their way to meet my brother when he arrived, and still today they take time to chat with him casually every time they see him.

We as a family could not be more pleased with the kindness and the caring by the Brookdale associates in spite of the limitations posed by the Pandemic. EVERYONE has been very helpful assisting us in getting my sister comfortable in her new surroundings. Nicole Southey (Executive Director) has helped beyond whatever we could have anticipated. We are extremely grateful to her as we are to the nursing staff, Tessa ((Health & Wellness Coordinator) and "MK" (Wellness Nurse). They have helped to relieve our responsibilities and concerns, and worked with us in ways words can't even express. I would recommend Brookdale to anyone I know. It is a lovely, comfortable and caring place. The best!
