It is a beautiful thing to see my son growing and thriving, Drop off's have become so pleasant and I can see the happiness in him. He is coming out of his shell and i can see the positive changes in him. Thank you to all the the Sunrise staff. His current teacher is Ms. Sakinah. She is going a great job with my son.

I had my two kids here ages 3 and 5. My youngest has never been to any daycare. I was super nervous leaving him. Let me say the staff was amazing my son has separation anxiety and would cry everyday. And they were super patient with him and sweet to him. They now go to a closer location to my home. But I would recommend your kids will be safe and cared for at this location.

I really really hope people listen to the bad reviews instead of the good ones because this school is 100% profit oriented!! it’s a whole bunch of failed promises! They said they would update you daily but they don’t, they say they’re a “school” and have a curriculum for the kids, but they don’t! Every time at drop off and pick up the teachers would have a tablet on the counter for the kids to watch TV. I never saw them learning anything. When walking by I see teachers on their phones and not paying attention to the kids.
My son was going here for 3 weeks and when I would drop him off they told me he would cry for 15 mins before he calmed down but if they were giving him attention he wouldn’t be crying for so long! so I’m assuming they would leave him alone to cry by himself! It would break my heart leaving him there and I should’ve trusted my gut about this school and should’ve unenrolled him the first week. He also would come home every week hurt! He came home with a bite mark, a cut lip and a purple/green bruise very close to his temple. When we would ask what happened they would give us either a very vague response or they just didn’t know what happened. They would say the teacher left early so we can’t ask them. Just come up with excuses. The communication between the front desk and the teachers is nonexistent. They would make us sign an incident report slip that were also very vague no details or anything. So the last time he came home hurt, i called off work the next day to stay home because I did not trust them with my son and I unenrolled him the next morning and told them why. They are very unsympathetic towards all incidents and even more unsympathetic towards us unenrolling him. I’ve now found a much better preschool that is actually teaching my son different things. The staff there actually care about the kids!! You can feel such a different energy. Even at drop offs my son does so much better, of course he still gets emotional but they update me within 5 mins with a picture of him smiling and playing! I can tell he feels such a better energy at his new school than at Sunrise preschool. I hope this review gets parents away from this school!!! 0 stars for sunrise.

When I took tour, I honestly thought this was going to be a good fit for us. Unfortunately, it wasn't. My daughter cried every single day all day since she was there. It was her first time in daycare I kept telling myself it was normal! I could never get updates or know how her day was due to app not being compatible with 13 plus androids. When I would ask how she did at the end of the day I would always hear sorry the day teacher is always in a hurry to leave and doesn't give details. Sorry, no clue how your kid or what she did all day. I always felt terrible for leaving her and not knowing what was going on with her. She had to take medication due to getting sick and they didn't listen or follow instructions on how to care for her. Despite me leaving multiple notes writing on medication. I told them it was a one time use and toss x3 times daily. I checked her bin one day just curious why they hadn't asked for diapers and discovered they keep using them over and over Despite it saying one time use toss. I was very upset and took it from the bin and decided to just continue care myself at home twice day instead of 3. I still have the bag of medication they didn't toss incase anyone needs pictures. She got better and I got passed this. She had 3 incidents which is why I stop bringing her. Two of which were bites. It's been since 10/30 on one of the bites and you can still see it on her cheek. When I picked her up I was told the mark on her face was just red paint. We went home took a bath and to my discovery it was a bite mark. I immediately emailed the director Tiega and included pictures. The next day I asked the day teacher what happened she acted shocked and said it definitely didn't happen in her shift. I waited a day to see what the director had to say but she never replied so I brought it to her attention she said her teacher was now on vacation and I had to wait until she came back. I told her that I asked her and what she said, she said oh well I still need to ask, I said yes please do that. The next day my daughter was canceled after I called and said she would be in at 830 or so. I called at 645 and spoke with Tiega. She called me at 815 to tell me I could no longer bring my daughter because the teacher messed up and took someone else. I told her it was right and I took her bc I work and can't be missing work. She giggled and said yeah sorry. I decided this was no longer a safe place and found somewhere else to bring her. She has made a complete change for the best. She no longer cries and new places and loves the staff. I emailed corporate what I emailed her and still waiting to hear and see what happened to my child's face almost two weeks later and no response yet. The staff is always at the front desk goofing around but they don't have enough staff to watch the kids. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Here's one picture and have many more.

This place had good teachers but it's a huge mess. This place is 100% profit oriented and not in the best interest of the children. They will consistently reject you because they're over ratio but still charge for the entire week. They will leave your kids with dirty diapers. Miss the teachers but very happy we don't deal with this anymore.
