- PPpunisher068Oct 10, 20255.0I'm writing this review,something I rarely do to thanks the staff at Olive Grove , specifically Jennifer Ciscneros the Executive Director My Father was recently unable to take care of himself ,his home or finances Jennifer Ciscneros has made the transition for Dad very easy and he seems happy to be there. She was extremely helpful to me personally setting up finance and appointment issues as I live out of State.I was fortunate to have her guide me thru a very difficult time and process and has always been available for questions and complications .She was even kind enough to send me a video of Dad doing karaoke 😁 I found the facility and staff to be more than adequate for Dad's needs and all my personal interactions with the staff have been kind,positive and understanding.My Dad gets along great with his nurses and residents which has made this all easier for everyone I'm thankful to have found a good place for Dad Anthony
