- TETacy Real EstateSep 29, 20251.0I’m writing this review after I watched a staff member named Sam yell at the patient she was transporting in a wheelchair. I was awaiting a CT scan of my own when Sam wheeled this poor old woman in and screamed at her when she could not get the scan done her. She was in her face, rude, and throwing her hands around. The poor old woman did nothing to instigate it. Myself and other guests in the lobby were absolutely disgusted and agreed we would not want our loved ones treated this way, ever!

Even during the week they are woefully understaffed, yet, they just nearly doubled their monthly fee! Dogs live in better conditions and are better cared for than residents in this facility.

Under the professional guidance and direction of Cindy Borski, Cindy Freeman, and Cole Williams, I am greatly impressed with the staff, nurses and caregivers keeping my Mother alive. My Mother has surpassed her life expectancy diagnosed by her doctors. The management and staff in the Alzheimer’s and Dimensia wing, treat my Mother like their very own. I can not express in words how truly grateful I am to everyone at Brookdale. When I am out of town, I no longer have to worry about my Mother’s care, it is a huge relief to me. Thank you Brookdale !!!
