- GLGabrielle LawsonNov 5, 20251.0Absolutely terrible don’t even bother applying they will waste your time and money they will have you apply then will take 2 weeks to get back to you they will have u drive 30 mins just for the office to be closed. Oh and you can try calling but they won’t answer in English. So good luck! Terrible terrible company. Not sure how they are still in business.

She has always made every process simple and straightforward . She is always very accessible if I have any questions or concerns. I can’t thank her enough for everything she has done for me and my father . I highly recommend her to anyone starting the process for being a caregiver .

The first Day they neglected to inform me the caregiver Takes public transportation, until the second day. I’m Human I Understand and will have compassion and accommodate. Really. After asking them too cancel the first day. After being late on the second day, late Again. Unprofessional.... the caregiver that Finally showed up A week Later... Was Unkempt and Dressed Inappropriately. When I told her I have nanny cameras, It wigged Her Out. Made more paranoid... I have nothing too Hide, I Believe She Does!!! Okay enough about that. They don’t Do As Promised. Very unprofessional . Consumer BEWARE Not Direct. I have much more to Say, But I think you get the Hint!!!

I have constantly had people not show up to my house and when I call they always say its miscommunication. They always want me to cater to the times of the caretakers when it should be the other way around. I've had caretakers show up hours late or just not show up at all. I have severe health issues and it just seems like they could care less.
