Sunrise Preschools has been such a blessing for our family! The staff are absolutely amazing and truly care about the kids. The director and assistant director have made such positive changes that have completely transformed the school for the better. My children are so happy every day, especially being in Ms. Sabrina’s and Ms. Sara’s class. They create such a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where the kids are always learning and excited to be there. I couldn’t ask for a better place for my little ones!

If I could rate this place negative stars I would... My child was here for less than a week and became sick with the flu. Sunrise does not care about the kids. They willingly let sick kids attend with no policy. Again my child was here for 3 days and they require 2 weeks paid up front. They would not refund any amount of money. In addition to letting sick kids attend my child came home filthy and parched. She was so thristy it made me wonder if they ever gave her things to drink. This place was a mistake. Don the district manager was unwilling to refund our money despite multiple kids becoming sick. Don't not enroll your kid here if you care, they keep them alive but that's it. Pittiful place.

Worst preschool experience I've had out of 4 kids. I'd ask the staff how my son's day was and they always just shrugged and said they didn't know because they just got there. Didn't matter what time I picked him up, that was the excuse we got. I'd call to check on him as did my husband occasionally and we'd always get the same reply. No clue if it was true or not. We were told there would be communication and that we would see what they did or ate during the day. I have NO clue what went on while he attended because despite me asking we just got the same "I don't know" answer. The hours of attendance were ridiculous as they expected you to follow their 6am to noon or noon to 6pm blocks despite what my work schedule actually was. He was only part time and I made sure he stayed under 6 hours and I still got charged the same no matter what, even if I caved in to their pressure and left work early to pick him up as close to noon as I could. My husband also forgot one morning and dropped our son off in one of our pocket cloth diapers and it was thrown away despite it very obviously being a piece of FABRIC and not a paper diaper. The director blamed it on the "18 year old kid" watching my child and said how was she supposed to know she wasn't supposed to throw it away. Personally, of your staff cant tell the difference between paper and fabric, maybe they shouldn't be in charge of children's care. Also quoted by the director "this is why we don't allow cloth diapers" and that bringing one apparently gave them permission to throw away our personal property. Then there's the day I went to pick my child and no adults were in the 2's room for about 3 minutes while children were present. A couple sleeping, one crying and my son standing there. I waited around till one came back in but I could have snatched any kid and walked off. I will never come back here or recommend this preschool to anyone.
