He was professional, kind, patient, respectful and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and honor all of our requests without making us feel pressured or like we were taking too long to make decisions. We visited other places but knew Gilbert Memorial was the right place for our family and our loved one and wish everyone can have the experience we did here.
