We chose Brookdale Chandler Regional and we found a gem! For 3 1/2 years, they took very good care of my mother; it took a huge load from us, knowing that she was safe and in the midst of people who cared. Then, this past December, my mother got ill and after hospitalization, when into hospice and "home" to Brookdale. The care for my mother and for us was truly amazing - the staff, from the facility Director to medical personnel, to serving staff, to cleaning folks, demonstrated that this is not just a "job" to them, they really care. We highly recommend Brookdale Chandler Regional!

My mom was already placed in memory care, at another Brookdale facility, when the time came for my dad to go to assisted living. I placed my dad at Brookdale Chandler Regional. I have not regretted it for one moment! They take pride in the rooms, food, and facility overall. They don't just tack on extra charges, they work with you and your loved one, to find the right level of care actually needed. The facility is beautiful, clean, and the employees (my dad calls them his friends) treat my dad with respect and compassion. Everyone there makes it a point to acknowledge him anytime they see him. He went from a man who lived alone and sad, since my mom was placed...to a man who is coming alive again, because of all of the kindness and inclusion he feels. They really go above and beyond for their residents...and that makes me feel really blessed to know my dad is living happy and well, in this new chapter of his life. Thank you, Brookdale...I am so happy we are part of the family!
