- RDRachel DiamonAug 19, 20245.0I have a 4 year old and a 7 month old who’ve been attending Sunrise for a little over 3 months now. I see a huge change in my 4 year old! She’s always excited to go to school, and asks me every single day if she’s going. Her teachers are great at communicating both positive and negative things about her day. My 7 month old is learning so much! The nursery staff is fantastic, and it’s easy to see that he’s well loved and being very well taken of.
- MVmartin valenzuelaSep 21, 20231.03 weeks ago we enrolled our child and paid an initial fee and the first week and asked if was possible to have the start day on 09/18 and the lady on the office said that was ok and no other charges will be made. We got a really bad surprise yesterday when they sent us a text message trying to charge us the two weeks before starting date and when we told them that they agreed on other thing they said that was a missunderstanding on their end and that we needed to read the contract, we told them then that we will not paid for that and will stop their service and they said that we needed to advise them with two weeks in advance…. Very awfull experience and lack of professionalism and customer service on their end.
