Jamie, Brent, and the entire team treated my family and me with such kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. Every detail was handled with care, which lifted a tremendous burden from us when we needed it most. Saying goodbye to my father, William Danny Harris, was incredibly difficult, but they made the process feel peaceful and supported rather than overwhelming. I will always be grateful for the love and respect they showed our family, and I wholeheartedly recommend Smith Family Funeral Home to anyone facing the loss of a loved one.

It's like no one cares that you are elderly and can not pay bills without having this document. No one ever calls to keep me updated on any progress or reasons.

We had talked about Smith funeral home before and how nice they were, so I called when we got out of the hospital to make plans. The day of the appointment my husband had gotten worse and I had to cancel. He passed a few days later. When I called to ask them if they would pick him up from the house after he passed, it was like a had already made the arrangements with them. These people are so nice and accommodating. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Our children went with me to make the arrangements and were so impressed with the whole thing and especially the aftercare help that they provided. These people are wonderful.

Even though Mom had pre-planned and pre-paid for the entire process there is still a of details to cover. Amanda Smith walked myself along with my sons through each and every detail, from A to Z. Her attention to detail, compassion, and understanding is outstanding. We never felt rushed on left with unanswered questions. Today I had my first meeting with Allison of the After Care unit. I must admit I've been feeling a little overwhelmed after the Burial unit our meeting. After our discussion and Q&A I felt completely confident, with the After Care Teams help I can complete the several remaining tasks that await my action. The After Care program is an outstanding and necessary addition to this very painful time in our life. The best part is it come to you for life with No additional cost! I will not hesitate to recommend Smith Funeral Services to anyone. Thank you all at Smith NLR Funeral Home for helping me and family through this very difficult time.
