My daughter has been a attending this daycare for almost 4 years. Absolutely love the teachers and director. Susan is the best, always going above and beyond to make sure all of our needs are met.

We love this childcare network. Kayla and the teachers listen to any concerns and work hard to make sure our baby is happy and healthy. They are great about communicating and preparing fun activities like art work for our son.

Our grandson is challenged daily with the curriculum. He is always excited and happy to tell us about his day when we pick him up.

My daughter has been enrolled for the summer program since June 1st. After this week, she will not be returning.
In the first week, she was put in with the pre-K group without advanced noticed because the districts in the metro area all got out at different times due to snow makeup days. If I'd known that ahead of time, she would have spent that first week or two at our local rec center with children that were her age.
On the week preceding July 4th, the care center was closed on Friday, July 3rd, which is not listed in the parental handbook as a holiday in which they are closed. The handbook does indicate that a center may close early the day preceding a holiday, the center was not open at all. While I understand, not all parents have this day off, and every other daycare prorated short weeks for four days rather than charge the normal rate. At $127 a week, this is by far the most expensive child care facility my daughter has attended (by about $42 per week), and I expected to be compensated for the time that I was not able to send my daughter due to an (observed) holiday.
The last straw came this week, when my daughter came home with head lice. While I do not necessarily fault Childcare Network for her contracting lice (I understand that there are many children within close proximity and they can't necessarily catch every child who may bring it in), I do blame the company and this director for how it was handled. I got a call at approximately a quarter until 10 am on Monday, 7/13/15, after being dropped off a little after a quarter until 8am. I was asked to come and get her, and I was momentarily upset because she had never gotten lice at any other facility.
I picked her up at a few minutes after 10am on Monday, and she was out Tuesday, as well as today as I tried to get the head lice out of her hair and make sure it stayed gone. I spoke to the director and explained to her that I would be keeping my daughter out of the facility until Monday to ensure there was not another "outbreak", and asked her if there was a payment arrangement that we could reach since my daughter would have spent a maximum of two and a half hours there all week. The director refused, said that there was no way to work out an arrangement because they didn't do "part time daycare", and that it was in the contract we signed. I told her that we would not be sending my daughter back. I will not pay $127 for 2.5 hours of oversight and head lice. It's utterly ridiculous.
As far as I'm concerned, Childcare Network on Kirk Road in Little Rock, AR can take the money that we were not credited for a short week the week preceding July 4th and apply that towards the 2.5 hours my child received for care on Monday, and we can part ways.
Second to worst child care experience ever, apart from the facility that left my daughter outside unattended by herself in their fenced-off playground when she was 2, and didn't realize she was missing until a helpful bystander called the police.

We began our search for a daycare/preschool when I decided to go back to work this summer. We had no idea what to look for in a childcare facility, but we had heard good things about the Childcare Network.
The staff is very friendly, the class rooms are neat, and the playground is nice. There are always plenty of activities. My refrigerator is covered in artwork! In the two months she's been there, she has learned her days of the week, months, birds, and more. She acts much more mature. She loves going to school and she loves her teacher. On the weekends, she asks why she can't go to school!
We were also happy that they were well prepared to work with our food preferences.
