I hate to post this, but I feel other parents need to know. This daycare does not meet state guidelines!!!!! I have dropped my 14 month old off in the morning and there were 20 babies and 2 teachers. When I did the tour, they told me that she would be provided with a sippy cup to use. They were only giving her the sippy cup at meal times and she was not given fluid outside of those times. She came home extremely thirsty. I called to ask why she seemed so thirsty and they informed me that I would need to provide a cup if I wanted her to drink outside of mealtimes. Im extremely dissatisfied with this daycare. I did not feel that my daughter was being taken care of properly.

My child has gone to this location since he was 3 months old. When he started, he had wonderful teachers. Around 12-18 months ago, the quality of teachers drastically went downhill. My child, who loved going to school, now dreads it. He did not even want to attend the Christmas party, and he loves Christmas and parties. These "teachers" have zero clue how to communicate with children, other than blaming them for simply doing things that toddlers do, gaslighting them, and shaming them. Every day when I drop off my child, the teachers are on their cell phones, and no one is wearing a mask properly. In the afternoons when I pick him up, it's the same thing. Except worse. The teacher in the afternoon is rude to the parents for absolutely no reason, like it is a chore for her to do the bare minimum. She should not be around children, especially not around toddlers, as she is clueless as to how to communicate with them, or she just doesn't care. She is loud and has yelled at the kids...for being kids. It's like the only qualification to work here is that you have seen a child before, and that's it. It seems like there is not much that the director can do, and the staff seems unresponsive. There are a couple of staff members who are wonderful, but they are not my child's teachers. I fear that the neglectful and negative environment of these classrooms and teachers will carry on with my child when we find a better daycare/pre-k. The only reason I have kept him in this school is because he has friends in the class who have been together since they were babies. I have spoken with the director on multiple occasions, and things were supposed to get better, but they have gotten worse. I have contacted the corporate office multiple times with ZERO response. I never put businesses on blast like this, but it seems this is the only way anything will possibly happen. Three years ago, I would have recommended this place. Now, not at all. Luckily, we have found a school that has caring and nurturing teachers, and some of the damage that was done to my child is being corrected.

The one on Kirk road is not clean my son caught really bad infections and he was admitted to the hospital for 8 days for IV antibiotics. I saw my son crying on the floor when I come to pick him up and no body seemed to care. after 2 weeks only we decided to look for another day care for our son.

My son has been going to Childcare Network since June 1st , 2016 in the school age summer program. I am very pleased with everything that they do with the kids. From field trips weekly, outside time, and teaching them how to play different types of board games or other games. I can also rely on the face that the director is going to always be checking in on the kids. When something happens to the my child or something she thinks my child will tell me about she is the first one to come and tell me what happened. I feel that my child is safe and loved at childcare network. He is not just loved by his teacher but by the director and the other staff that work in the building. If you want a place for your child to go where you can live them and know that they are safe and will be well taken care of them i suggest you take them to Childcare Network 190 in Little Rock were Mrs. Heather is the director.

We came to Childcare Network after a bad experience at another Little Rock daycare. We have been so pleased with our experience since moving here in November 2012. The teachers at Childcare Network know every child by name and love them as their own. My kids go in eagerly everyday and that is every mothers dream.
