- SKSierra KellerJun 10, 20255.0As a first time mom, I was extremely nervous at the thought of daycare and having to trust others to meet my child's needs throughout the day while I worked. The ladies at Childcare Network of Greenbrier acknowledged those fears and not only take care of my son like he is their own but they take care of me too. They deal with the hard drop offs and mood swings. They make sure my child is fed and dry. I get the cutest updates throughout the day with pictures of the adventures he goes on. They have helped me with sleep training, starting solids, and other milestones. Every day at pick up I am greeted with such a happy baby. Because of them, both my child and I have gained confidence in being independent and taking on healthy challenges.They have been such a godsent. I couldn't have asked for a more loving and safe environment for my child. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Amanda is inviting, supportive, welcoming, and is dedicated to what she does. I feel great about my kid going to daycare here.

My 4 year old has struggled with me going back to work and they have really helped make the transition easier for both of us. My daughter loves all of her teachers, and she has so much fun everyday!
- KFKrystal FieldsOct 25, 20221.0Shady is an understatement. Staff turn around like a revolving door. When you try to reach the admin it's next to impossible. Then when you go there and literally wait for her to be "available" to talk, nothing but attitude from her. Still waiting on a meeting from 3 weeks ago that never happened that she was supposed to coordinate. During the initial tour of the facility she promised the moon and delivered nothing in return. Rooms were over crowded with one teacher. Teachers were leaving like crazy. They were to start SLP did not happen. Teacher was aggressive to the kid right in front of his aunt during drop off that then took him and left. Any concerns were never addressed or fixed. Daycares think they have you over a barrel so they can treat your kids any way and you have to except it... director needs to be removed ASAP.
