Smith - Westbrook Funeral Home has their own state-of-the-art Cremation Center at our other location in North Little Rock. We have complete control and oversight of the cremation.
In 2008 the Priest family asked the Smith family to purchase Westbrook and keep the business locally owned. The Smith's have proudly served their community with compassion and dignity for over 55 years of family funeral home ownership.

The staff goes above and beyond not just to make sure they get done what needs to be done but also to make sure to really be there for the families they are working with. We are so grateful for this team.

They had charges on our contract for things we did not need and had asked to remove. When we questioned them, the manager Tracy got angry and insulting. He later realized it was in fact their error but never offered an apology for his rudeness. As soon as we arrived for the service, he stood at the entrance demanding we pay him the small balance owed (for things added at the last minute). I had to call their office to give my card number over the phone since they didn’t have a link on their website. The numbers got transposed over the phone, so the secretary was texting me DURING THE ACTUAL FUNERAL telling me to call again and repeat the numbers. What was supposed to be a dedicated, sweet time to say goodbye to a loved one, turned into what felt like a mafia gang with baseball bats.

Having been raised alongside so many who have been dedicated Westbrook employees through the years, our turn to be served by this long-standing Beebe institution once again proved there’s no place like home when it comes to being served and ministered to during life’s most difficult moments.
