Very sweet and friendly staff. My daughter has so much fun at this daycare with her caring teachers, and the activities they provide her. Highly recommend!

I want to share my deeply concerning experience with this childcare facility in Opelika, where my daughter previously attended daycare. During her time there, she was labeled as “problematic” simply for defending herself when other children hit or bothered her. She has a mild speech delay, and instead of being supported, she was misunderstood, singled out, and even mistreated.
My daughter told us multiple times that a teacher hit her on the head and always took the side of the other children — particularly those of the same race — while punishing or ignoring her side of the story. This created a harmful environment where she felt unsafe and voiceless. She even started believing that no one would ever like her or believe her — heartbreaking for any parent to hear.
Since leaving this daycare, she is now thriving in kindergarten. Her current teacher has only praise for her — saying how friendly, kind, and well-behaved she is. The contrast is staggering. Unfortunately, the fear still lingers: every time we drive past that daycare, my daughter becomes visibly scared, thinking I might leave her there again.
To other parents — especially if you are a foreigner — I urge you to be cautious. This was not a supportive environment for our child. The teachers showed little patience and seemed to display clear favoritism, which deeply affected my daughter’s confidence and well-being.
Thank God I didn’t pursue legal action at the time, but I will not stay silent. No child should ever feel unsafe or unseen in a place meant to care for them. I sincerely hope this center reflects on how they treat all children and makes the changes needed to truly support every child equally.

This daycare has been so wonderful! My baby started going at 7 weeks (now 6 months old) and I was so skeptical just because he was so young and my first didn’t go that early but the director, assistant, and all the workers made me and my baby feel so welcomed. Every time we come in and leave they all talk to him and love on him. They are all so down to earth and so friendly. You cannot ask for any better. They literally made the transition to go back full time so much easier.

I'll start by saying I love love love this daycare for my son, everyone is so sweet, helpful, offers me advice, offers amazing care to my son, and is just all around an amazing place! If ever there is an issue, they work diligently to ensure it gets fixed and we find a way to remain happy as parents of littles, and they will accommodate with ease. When having to decide on a daycare im so glad childcare network was there. They eased me and my son into a brand new routine, and made the transition from home to daycare super easy. My son began as a near newborn, and will be 2 in November and I can say I've been with Childcare Network the whole way, and they've been with me. I won't take my lil man anywhere else until he is of school age, just because I am so pleased with this daycare for him. 😍 Thank you to the ladies at the front who are always doing everything they can to make sure each and every day goes smoothly, and also the ladies in the back that work with the children. Yall deserve a raise and a bonus and so much more!! Thank you guys for being awesome every day. (:

Truly a wonderful establishment. My daughter has been going here for about 4-5 months and I have seen such tremendous growth. Verbally, socially, and emotionally. She had a very hard time the first week at drop off, but since then she hardly ever has a tough drop off. She loves her caretakers, her classmates and all the staff here. They all are very friendly and acknowledge my daughter whenever she arrives. Love this place and wouldn’t know how I could continue to work full time without it!
