- ECEligah ChristianFeb 16, 20251.0Unfortunately I no longer can approve of or recommend this business of Consumer Direct Care Alaska. Because as a client I did not agree with or understand there very regulated payroll system. That highly regulates and I feel underpays the caregivers. I started complaining. And I was retaliation releases as a client. As a result my self and caregiver are still suffering to get on boarded with a new pcs agency in the backlog state waiver system. This sudden release by Consumer Direct Care Alaska has effected my homecare and my caregivers ability to be paid thru Medicare waiver. I asked CDCOA to reconsider and no response just shut out.
