Our experience at Primrose Midlothian Village has been a complete 180 from our previous daycare, and we could not be happier. From day one, the administrative team has been incredible- always at the door or desk to greet families, consistently available, and genuinely helpful with any questions or concerns.
The teachers are truly what set this place apart. They are dedicated, reliable, and clearly love what they do. The low staff turnover speaks volumes, and it’s obvious how much they care about our son.
Communication through the app is timely and accurate, which gives us so much peace of mind throughout the day. The meals are another highlight- well-balanced, thoughtfully planned, and very kid-friendly.
We’re so confident in the care here that we’ve already enrolled our baby who is on the way. For the first time, we can drop our son off knowing without a doubt that he’s in the best hands. We are incredibly thankful for the entire team at Primrose for welcoming us with open arms and truly treating us like family.

My daughter's teacher's are wonderful. She is thriving. That's all a parent cab ask for.

I can't say enough good things about Primrose. All four of our children have attended or are currently attending Primrose. And over the past three years, the teachers and administrators have truly come to feel like family. I think I even told Primrose I was pregnant with our twins before our parents
😂 On a more serious note, in July of 2022, one of our daughters had a seizure in the Primrose parking lot. Primrose immediately jumped into action and called 911 for us. During that ordeal and afterwards, everyone on the staff held our hands and provided such comfort during one of the scariest times for our family. I will truly never forget it. ❤️
