Teachers are very nice and give lots of care to our daughter. She’s made a couple of good friends at school which is great. Transitioning from class to class is also smooth. Additionally, we very much appreciated that the PSP class has made her potty training as easy as possible.

We have been so happy and pleased with our experience at Primrose Midlothian Village and have had at least one child there continuously from 2019 through 2025 from infant care to private kindergarten and explorers summer camp. Our children have always been safe, loved, and cared for at Primose, but most importantly, our children have absolutely loved their experience at Primrose and adored their teachers. The skill-building and character-based curriculum is fantastic, and our oldest entered elementary school extremely well prepared based on the preparation he received at Primrose. The administration has always been receptive to feedback, responsive, and professional. The communication with parents has been top notch. The extra events that Primrose sponsors including Fall fest, spring fling, a valentine's love bug dance, pre-K and private K graduation ceremonies, holiday concerts, holiday/seasonal parties, etc are wonderful. It seems that most childcare centers are affected by teacher turnover, but Primrose has overall handled that issue very well, and the administration works so hard to reward, recognize, and retain their wonderful staff and teachers. As a parent, it's hard to know what the best childcare & early education philosophy is for your child based on their individual needs that also aligns with your own work schedule and childcare needs, so you just have to do your research, ask a million questions, and talk to parents who have children at the program. Overall, our experience at Primrose Midlothian Village has far exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend them.

Our family has been using Primrose of Midlothian Village since December 2018. Both of our girls attend and started in the infant room. It has been amazing to see how much they have grown and learned thanks to the staff at Primrose. The staff is always so welcoming and they go above and beyond to care for all of the children. I wouldn’t want my girls at any other daycare!
