Great daycare. The teachers are very kind and patient with the kids. There is low teacher turnover. The menu is healthy and varied. I have had three kids here from infant to JK. The owners are very hands on. I would highly recommend.

My wife and I found out in June 2016 that we would be having our first child. We are planners so in late August 2016, we put a deposit down and decided to send our son to Primrose. We were told that spots were not guaranteed but since we were so early the odds were good. We were looking to start in mid-May and were told it was a busy time but they would be in contact with us closer to the birth. The fun begins. We had our son in February 2017, almost on the due date. We had not heard from Primrose so in late February we called just to make sure everything was good to go. We were told things were looking fine, mid-May should not be a problem but they would call us back in a couple of weeks just to make sure. It was early-mid April and we still had not heard from them, so we decided to call. This time we were told 3 people who already had siblings at Primrose jumped us on waiting list and our son would not have a spot in mid-May, but in late-June. I understand the policy around siblings getting priority but our bigger concern was why didn't we ever get a heads-up especially as people were jumping us on the list? Why were we being told less than 6 weeks before we were supposed to start that we would have a spot 5 weeks later than we needed? My wife and I could not handle a 5 week gap in child coverage and I assume most working parents could not either. As you could imagine, this was a very stressful time as we needed to scramble and find a new daycare for our son. This was not something new parents wanted to be thinking about. We were not given our deposit back as it was non-refundable, even though I would argue they broke their end of the bargain, not us. (For full transparency, in early May we were told our son could have a spot in mid-May. I assume this is so they could claim they "fulfilled their end of the bargain," but obviously by this point my wife and I already made other arrangements) We picked Primrose because we really liked it but after this poor customer experience and just complete lack of transparency/communication, I'm happy we will not going there. Hope this story helps you make a more informed decision and/or encourages them to improve their process.
