- CMCharlene MosleyAug 20, 20251.0Went here twice. Charged $75 for box braids. They were neat. But, I get a receipt for $105 for the same $75 service. They charged $30 for 2 extra hours. It's not my fault you guys booked braids at 5pm. It's also not my fault because you lack speed. Then they have the nerve to give me a membership sheet with the levels and prices. No, thanks.
- JMJennifer MaxwellJul 1, 20253.0Elijah was good but he cut my hair way too short. I asked him to cut 1 inch. He showed me an inch using his fingers and I said no that’s about 4-5 inches. I mean this (then I showed him how much an inch was using my hair to show him. He needs an actual ruler or measuring tape, it would really help him. My hair is st least 6 inches shorter than it should be now.
- GSGia ScolariJun 25, 20251.0Came to support a family member and her school, and I got a very pretty set of nails by a lovely student but wasn’t charged correctly, the individual who was at the front desk was also rude and negligent who seemed to only care about getting everyone out as fast as they could. Students are great, but I would recommend having a front desk person who knows how to talk to people and take care of their customers as well as charging them correctly.
