I have nothing but amazing things to say about this school. We had an incident with my son’s elementary school involving after school pick up (not primrose fault). The way the director, the front desk ladies, his afterschool teacher & the bus driver took charge & made sure my son was okay - was everything to me. They treat these kids like their own. They over communicate. And they do not play about their safety. I wish we didn’t move & have to transfer schools. Ladies, THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Ms. Honey, Ace misses you!!!!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Primrose Wylie! From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt a sense of warmth, professionalism, and genuine care that’s hard to find.
Immaculate Environment: Every room is spotless, organized, and thoughtfully designed to support learning and play. It’s clear the staff takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe space for the children—something that gives us tremendous peace of mind.
Outstanding Communication: The level of communication is exceptional. We’re always kept in the loop with daily updates, photos, and thoughtful notes about our child’s activities and milestones. Whether it’s a quick question or a detailed conversation, the staff is always responsive and kind.
Loving, Dedicated Teachers: The heart of this daycare is its incredible team of teachers. They are nurturing, patient, and truly invested in each child’s growth and happiness. I was nervous dropping off my baby at first, but the teachers quickly earned my trust and I am so happy that my little one is safe and well-cared for while I am at work.
If you’re looking for a daycare that feels like an extension of your family, Primrose Wylie is it. We feel so lucky to have found this gem!

Most of these five stars reviews are probably fake.
This place is discriminatory. My nephew who’s 8 years old now is telling me about his experience at this place from four years ago.
Just take a minute to think about this. Imagine the trauma. He said that Ms. Alexis used to yell at him. She wouldn’t let him participate/play with other kids, and many other things that would make your blood boil.
Remember what goes around comes around.
I will tell everyone I know in the Murphy/Dallas
area to stay away from this horrific place.
STAY AWAY- save your kid from lifelong trauma.
Your kid deserves better.
Edit: the reply to this review is exactly why you should keep your kids away. Zero empathy shown yet, again. Let me add that his parents had addressed those concerns with the so called management, but management did nothing. Once your kid tells you about their trauma, you will remember this review. You’ve been warned.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this daycare! From the moment we enrolled my son, I’ve had complete peace of mind knowing he’s in the best hands. The staff is so attentive, caring, and truly treats him like their own. I never have to worry if he’s okay because they monitor everything so closely and keep me in the loop.
THE ADMIN staff deserves a special shoutout — they are always so friendly, professional, and go above and beyond. They even take the time to look out for my daughter, which speaks volumes about how much they care about the whole family.
This daycare is a true blessing for us, and I’m beyond grateful for the love and care they show my children every single day. If you’re looking for a safe, loving, and supportive environment for your child, look no further. This place is the BEST! 🙌💙
