- MPMegan PazosJul 11, 20255.0We found ourselves at Stepping Stone after our previous childcare center unexpectedly closed. While the transition was initially challenging for our child—mainly due to the larger classroom sizes and a different teacher-to-student ratio (we came from a 1:5 ratio)—he has truly flourished since joining. What stands out most is the sense of community, safety, and love. There are teachers who never even had him in their class who greet him warmly as if they've known him his whole life. They offer a variety of awesome extra curricular activities, field trips, swim days, etc. and really make sure the children are more than ready developmentally to move into the next classroom. He’s now preparing to start kindergarten, but he still absolutely ADORES his 3/4-year-old teacher, Ms. Keisha. He makes it a point to visit her whenever he can! That kind of connection means so much. Stepping Stone has been a wonderful experience for our family—and worth every penny. 🩶

Now going to Alabama University this fall and 2nd in his class I feel confident in saying that this was an exemplary school for my son in his formative years. Led by consistent leadership, creative opportunities, play and learning let my son be a kid.
