  I would strongly advise parents to think twice before allowing their children to attend this school. The front office staff are extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of showing care and concern for the students, they act as if parents and children are an inconvenience. Communication is poor, attitudes are unacceptable, and it genuinely feels like the adults in charge only care about themselves rather than the wellbeing of the kids. A school should be a safe and supportive environment, and unfortunately this place fails to provide that

  I absolutely love this place!! My daughter has blossomed so much since we switched schools! All of her teachers have been kind,attentive and caring. The front desk staff is always helpful and joyful. I will not speak ill of the other preschool she was at, but since we switched, she has shown more confidence in herself and is always so excited to go back.

  We are big proponents of Primrose! Our oldest who is now 7 has been with the Primrose family since she was 12 weeks old and now our third child is 2.5 years old. Harmony has been our 3rd Primrose (because of moves) and we love it just as much as all the others. It helps to have a director who truly cares for her people and the kids. It’s tough taking care of little ones all day and knowing your kids are in a safe space every time you drop them off, is priceless. Our kids love going to Primrose and sometimes get mad when we pick them up too early. Highly recommend Primrose Harmony!

  We started taking our infant son to Primrose Harmony when he was 4 months old. I was hesitant to take him to daycare when he was so young but it was time for me to go back to work. Ever since our first day at Primrose, the attentiveness of the staff and teachers as well as the communication, organization and energetic positivity have helped to make me more comfortable being away from my son. I still miss him everyday but am assured knowing he is in good hands. He is excited to see his infant classroom teachers when I drop him off and is usually playing and giggling when I pick him up in the afternoon. His teachers are receptive and communicative about our son's care. Mrs. Cartagena is the main teacher in the infant classroom and she is a kind and caring caregiver and educator to our son. The teachers post updates about the skills he is practicing each day in the app and we get photo updates with real time information about his naps, meals, and learning. Consistent with other reviews, the other staff members besides his teachers are always very friendly and all know Walker and greet him by name. We would recommend this facility!
