- CCChels CNov 13, 20251.0Really disappointed that this location and firewheel don’t accept ccms but Wylie does. We moved from Wylie to south garland close to rowlett and couldn’t transfer our toddler to be able to stay with the primrose franchise we love because this location doesn’t accept ccms.

From the moment we walked through their doors, we knew this place was something special — but we had no idea just how deeply it would impact our lives. Over the years, Primrose became so much more than a school. It became our second home, our village, and a community filled with friendships that we will carry with us for a lifetime. The staff didn't just educate our daughter — they helped raise her. They nurtured her spirit, encouraged her independence, and guided her into becoming the strong, confident, and kind young lady she is today. The teachers and leadership at Primrose truly became an extension of our family. Through every milestone and every moment — big or small — they were right there beside us, cheering our daughter on and supporting us as parents. This community endured challenges during our time there, and yet, the grace and resilience with which the entire team handled every curveball was nothing short of inspiring. Their unwavering commitment to safety, love, and consistency created a peaceful, secure environment that gave us complete trust — something truly unmatched. They are family owned and operated and it shows, the staff goes above and beyond for your kiddos and are transparent in communication with parents. The school has set our eldest up for success and they truly focus on your child as an individual but also how they learn to interact with other children. Our youngest has followed in our eldest footsteps and is THRIVING. We are so grateful for this school, for the owners, for the community it has given us and the sense of comfort. Without Primrose of Rowlett my husband and I wouldn’t be able to have the careers we do and love, we are at peace knowing our kiddos are in their hands.

- RARachel AshworthJan 26, 20225.0Was overdue for an update! Our now 4yo and 2yo have been at Primrose for years and it's truly their home away from home. The boys continue to dazzle us with new knowledge they acquire and they are excited to see their teachers and friends daily. The staff and owners go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and accommodated. For as long as they can serve our community, we'll keep all our boys (another will start soon!) at this wonderful school as it's been the most productive and nurturing environment we have found to help them prepare for their future academic careers. Can't say a bad thing about the Primrose School of Rowlett. Our 1yo seems to be thriving and has even taught us a thing or two (ASL). The management offers excellent, proactive, and frequent communication for upcoming activities, covid-response, run of the mill incidents. I really appreciate they use the Procare app to post photo updates of activities our son engages in a few times per week. I suppose if there is any room for improvement it would be to explore the possibility of hosting SAFE, socially-distanced family events so parents have the opportunity to meet other parents in their child's class and be able to interact with the teachers in a child-free environment :) Since we only enrolled our son during covid and have never experienced the center outside of covid protocols, it's unfortunate to not be able to form better connections with his teachers and other parents. I understand that covid restrictions are mostly to blame for the lack of this type of community engagement effort, so hopefully the school can resume activities like this in the future.
