- TCTravis CarlileSep 25, 20245.0*5 STARS - AMAZING CARE, QUALITY, AND EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT!!!* We've had at least one child (now two) attend this Primrose location for four years, and the staff has always been friendly, caring, and engaged with our children. Our kids love their teachers and really enjoy revisiting old classrooms at drop-off just to say hi, which I think is a testament to how caring and enjoyable their experience has been. In our four years of attendance (starting at the onset of COVID), our experience with the administrative staff at the front has been solid. The difficulties faced by the school during COVID were handled with such care and safety, which helped to quell our fears. We cannot express enough gratitude for the Director, Ms. Kumar, and her leadership during the time she's been at Primrose. She even came out of retirement to re-establish some quality measures that had been forgotten after she left, which is clearly evident in the diminished staff attrition since her return. The rest of her administrative staff, from the Assistant Director to Education to the beloved chef, Ms. Maria, is second to none! We absolutely love and recommend Primrose School at Preston Meadow to other parents. The environment is nurturing, and the staff truly cares about the children's well-being and growth!

Over the 3 years we've had our ups and downs (completely normal when someone other than you is caring for your child), mostly ups though. Any negative reviews on this page have to be regarding old management. Since the transition of ownership has taken place, the quality of care has been incredible. From the ladies up front (Stephanie and Alex) to the classroom teachers (Ms. Baker and others) and all the other improvements made to the facility and playground have been AWESOME! There are so many other areas I would like to address on this review in order to express my gratitude and appreciation to these ladies for providing outstanding child care but, that would go on for way too long :-). I would recommend Primrose of Plano at Preston Meadow to anyone looking for quality child care. Outstanding care, quality service, all around a wonderful place to take you child/children to grow and learn.
