  Our daughter started at this Primrose location a few months ago in the Infant program. We love it! The teachers and staff are so communicative and caring. We’re kept up to date all day with our daughter’s activities and how she’s doing. She’s always smiling when we drop her off and pick her up so we know she loves it too! You can tell the staff really know and care about each individual child. The peace of mind it brings knowing our daughter is in good hands and not only enjoying her time there but also learning and developing each day is priceless.

  We are extremely happy to be bringing our daughter here. One assistant in particular always goes above and beyond. Her name is Vi and she takes great care and attention towards our daughter (and other toddlers of course!). She pays attention to various visual cues our daughter gives to ensure she gets the best care and education. When I come to pick her up I always see Vi cleaning up, handing out snacks, sitting and talking to the toddlers (even though they are non-verbal). She tells us about what our daughter did that day and tells us something memorable she did and gives us advice on what she likes to eat. She always helps find her socks and shoes and gets her ready to go home. Vi is the most genuine staff member I’ve met and always goes above and beyond in her level of care compared to others. Take note Mrs. Connell! Vi should be recognized for her consistent efforts behind the scenes!!!

  We have had the best experience at Primrose Plano at HQ. Ms. Connell is such an amazing and caring manager of the facility. You can tell she truly wants what’s best for your child, but also is a realistic parent. Ms Perez and Erskine are also who you interact with a lot and I have great things to say. We toured a lot of schools but we kept coming back to how professional, organized and personalized they are. They go out of their way to make parents feel like this experience is unique to each child. I know they aren’t the cheapest around, but it is worth it! Everyone loves on your kiddos so much. Our son is a busy body and has been flying through the infant rooms, and each transition they have done an amazing job prepping baby (really us parents :)) for what to expect. Huge shout out to Ms. Rosetti & Erin, Ms. Beth, Ms Baylie and Ms Nicole for creating a fun and loving environment for our son. He loves outside time and all the cool toys!

  We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Primrose! Ms.Nayeli and Ms. Bev are absolutely wonderful. They show such genuine love, patience, and care for the children, and it truly makes a difference. My toddler looks forward to going to class every day and always comes home happy, which speaks volumes about the nurturing environment they create. What we appreciate most is how they make the classroom feel safe, welcoming, and full of fun learning opportunities. The activities are thoughtful, engaging, and age appropriate, and it’s clear that both teachers put their hearts into helping the kids grow socially and emotionally. They also communicate well with parents, which gives us so much peace of mind. We are so thankful for the positive impact Mrs. Bev and Ms. Nayeli have had on our child’s early years.
