  Primrose at Falcon Pointe is an excellent school in a wonderful location. The teachers are warm, encouraging, and genuinely invested in the children. The classrooms are well-equipped with everything the kids need, and the outdoor spaces are quiet, peaceful, and free from traffic noise or distractions. It’s a calm and pleasant environment for children to spend their day. The leadership team consistently finds meaningful ways to engage families—hosting events for children and creating opportunities for parents to participate and be a part of their school experience. I also appreciate the school’s attention to providing balanced, nutritious meals every day. I feel incredibly fortunate that my child and I get to be part of such a loving, supportive community. We truly feel lucky to have found Primrose at Falcon Pointe.

  My initial post exceeded the character limit, so I’ll summarize my main points. Check out Yelp for the full review: This is the school you want your child to attend. I personally regret not enrolling my son sooner. The only complaint I have is that it does not go beyond Kindergarten. If it were possible, I’d keep my child enrolled here through high school, and better yet, college. All the staff here are amazing. Everyone is personable and shows genuine care for each student. Communication between faculty and parents is top notch. The teachers are beyond any others. My son absolutely thrives here. The facilities are clean and health/hygiene is emphasized. The food is healthy and delicious. The school takes the children on field trips, promote curiosity and critical thinking, engage in hands-on learning activities, host events like parades and holiday festivities, and much more. My son is always proud to tell me what he learned in school and the events that happen throughout his days. The overall environment fosters a sense of belonging with heightened morale. I couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience.

  As grandparents, we couldn’t be more grateful for the Primrose School of Pflugerville. From the moment we first walked through the doors, we felt a sense of warmth, care, and genuine dedication that is rare to find. This school is truly something special. The teachers are nothing short of amazing. Their patience, knowledge, and deep love for what they do shine through in every interaction. We see the growth, confidence, and joy in our grandchild each time they come home and that’s a direct reflection of the incredible curriculum and the nurturing educators who bring it to life. Chef Robin is an absolute gem. Knowing that meals are prepared with such care and heart gives us tremendous peace of mind. She goes above and beyond to create food that is not only nutritious but made with love, something our family values deeply. It’s clear that she pours her whole self into making sure the children are well cared for. And the leadership team… they make the school feel like family. Their communication, kindness, and commitment to creating a safe, welcoming, and uplifting environment truly set Primrose Pflugerville apart. They lead with heart, and it shows in every detail of the school day. We are so thankful to have found a place where our grandchild is not only learning and thriving, but also genuinely loved.

  We had a wonderful experience with Primrose Pflugerville. From the very beginning, all the teachers took excellent care of our son and made us feel completely at ease. He was always excited to go in the mornings, which showed how much he loved being there. Over the two years he spent at Primrose, he grew, learned, and thrived in such a safe and nurturing environment. We were also impressed by the events they organized — from seasonal celebrations to fun learning activities — all planned and executed with so much dedication and care by the entire staff. Their efforts made every event memorable for the children and parents alike. We are truly grateful to the whole team for their support and commitment. Highly recommend this daycare!

  Giving Primrose one star only because zero isn’t an option. My husband and I joined the Primrose waitlist in September 2023 and were told the average wait time was 1–2 years. In May 2024, we were offered a spot, but since our daughter was only 2 months old at the time, we decided to wait until she was older. In May 2025, we finally received a call that a space had opened in the toddler 15–18 month class (our daughter would be 17 months soon), and we gladly accepted and paid the deposit. On her first day, however, we immediately realized something was off. The children in her “toddler” class looked much younger. Before even settling in, I asked the teacher the age range, and she admitted all the kids were 14–15 months saying my daughter was the oldest by far. This was not the 15–18 month class we were promised. When I raised concerns, the director, Courtney, called me later that day. Instead of working with us, she claimed my husband had already “agreed” to this placement, which never happened, as I handle all communication about childcare. When we suggested waiting until the correct classroom opened, Courtney told us we’d have to reapply, pay another $125 fee, go back on the waitlist for 1–2 years, and forfeit the $1,000 we had already paid, even though our daughter had only attended one day for 5 hours. To make matters worse, when I picked her up at 4 PM (after dropping her off at 8:15), her diaper was so soiled it had leaked through her shorts and onto my shirt. It wasn’t just urine, she had been sitting in a BM for who knows how long. In 8 hours, my daughter was changed 2 times. We withdrew that day.
