The front office staff with special shout outs to Ms. O, Ms. Kelley and Ms. Price have really made this the place for us. Any issues that may arise we feel 100% safe and comfortable going to any of those 3. They go above and beyond to make sure we’re happy and that our son is well cared for. The last transition was very rough not only for my son but most of the class, they made sure to implement every thing they could to make our children feel comfortable in their new classrooms. Ms O joined a few months ago and has really made an impact on the toddlers area and I can’t be more thankful for her. Overall great choice for a daycare if you’re searching!

Primrose has been absolutely wonderful for our 2-year-old son, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the very first day, it was clear that the staff truly care about the children and take their role seriously. My wife and I feel complete peace of mind knowing he is in such a warm, professional, and well-run environment. The teachers are exceptional — kind, patient, and genuinely invested in helping each child grow. Our son is learning so much every day, and we see his confidence, curiosity, and social skills continuously improving. The school strikes the perfect balance between education, play, structure, and fun. Communication is outstanding. We always know what he’s doing, how he’s progressing, and anything that needs our attention. One of the biggest reasons we trust Primrose so deeply is how carefully they handle his food allergies. The entire staff — including the chef — is extremely attentive, well-trained, and proactive. They are meticulous about safety while still making sure he feels included and cared for. We honestly cannot say enough good things about Primrose. It has given our family reassurance, our son a loving place to learn and grow, and us a true sense of partnership. We highly — and wholeheartedly — recommend it to any family looking for exceptional childcare and early education.

We are big fans of Primrose at VL! We’ve been here since 2023 when our youngest was 7 weeks old and our oldest was 4. We’ve been through every room except preschool and pre-K and have had consistently good experiences with all of our teachers. The biggest selling points for us, however, are early drop off and late pick ups plus the benefit of them transporting our school age child to/from his public school and all the coverage (and field trips!) they arrange throughout the school year and summer. Their private school buses appear well maintained and their bus drivers are the best. The premises are also always clean, the grounds maintained, and the entrance/exit secure.

We’ve had our ups and downs, but overall our experience at Primrose has been meaningful and positive. Through it all, Mrs. Kelley has consistently provided understanding, support, and open communication, which has made a big difference for our family. To the teachers who have truly made an impact along the way — you know who you are. Whether you were our child’s assigned teacher or not, your care, patience, and genuine love for what you do did not go unnoticed. You helped our child feel safe, supported, and loved, and that means more to us than words can express. Primrose is also very supportive of military families and works closely with the military subsidy program. They are understanding and willing to work with families if things fall behind, which has been a huge help and source of reassurance for us. Everyone we’ve gotten to know has made us feel like family, and we will truly miss Primrose when we leave. ❤️

From the very first moment we walked into Primrose at Victory Lakes, we felt a sense of warmth and comfort and knew immediately this was the right place for our daughter. The front office staff always greet us with a smile and a warm welcome, setting the tone for a truly positive experience each day. The teachers are excellent, passionate, and genuinely caring, and every member of the staff plays an important role in creating such a nurturing environment. A special thank you to the Young Toddlers teachers for consistently going above and beyond to show their genuine care for Audrey and our family—it truly means so much to us. We have been so impressed by the school’s organization, structure, and cleanliness. We love receiving our daily photos/ updates on what is going on. It truly puts a smile on our face. Since starting at Primrose, we have seen so much growth and development in our Audrey, which has made us incredibly proud. She loves seeing her friends and teachers every day and is always happy when she arrives at school. Each week, she comes home having learned a new skill, which speaks volumes about the dedication of the teachers and staff. Everyone we have met at Primrose has been kind, friendly, and attentive, and it is clear they truly love what they do and are deeply invested in each child’s growth and development.
