Even though I had chosen the contactless skill check off (no instructor). I had to make “contact” with the manager in the office a couple of times for items to help complete my check off. He was very kind and helpful. I appreciate this service and I will be back here for my renewal. Thanks RC.

Another girl in class was on her 3rd try to get the class done and was from the Fort Worth location. Still cannot get the instructor James Shiplet to send me my cards. Have been on the phone with random customer service people at RC Health Services with no clear answers. $239 down the drain! Don't use this company.
