I don’t Recommend The School you have a kid the like play jump is normal in a 4 Year old. My daughter have been sent home two times. They charge over $300. The meals they prepare are very questionable. My Experience. Overall is Extremely negative. My daughter first time trying to interact in a group class, teachers, can’t handle a 4 year hold why because she can’t follow instructions.. the reason we put my daughter in the school it’s because she need to learn something new how to behave in a classroom.. because she can follow teachers instructions it’s a reason to call for pick it up….!the normal behavior in a 4 year old is to play to be happy to learn how to interact with other kids is something new

We’ve had such a positive experience at Primrose. Our son started at eight months old and is now one and a half. What we love most is the genuine care, thought, and attention that goes into our child’s development every single day. The curriculum is consistent and thoughtfully designed, and we’ve seen so much growth in both academic and social skills.
Communication from the teachers and staff is always clear, timely, and transparent, which gives us peace of mind as working parents. We also really appreciate how inclusive the school is—holidays and special events are approached with intention and respect for all families.
Most importantly, the staff is warm, friendly, and always willing to receive feedback. It truly feels like a partnership, and we’re so grateful to have our child in such a nurturing, structured, and loving environment. Highly recommend Primrose to any family looking for a safe and supportive place for their little one to learn and grow.

My son has attended Primrose of NW Fort Worth since he was somewhere around 28 months old and now he has graduated pre kindergarten. He is still with Primrose for his summer class. We have loved our experience. He has grown so much and has been always very happy to go to his each assigned class all time. The quality is superb, teachers are amazing and teachers students ratio is great. He has been learning so much and they have an amazing curriculum. I love how teachers care about the students. I highly recommend this place.

We really loved this school and attended since it opened, and at one of Jessica's other locations at Primrose School at Eagle Ranch since our little man was 3 months old. We paid every invoice on time and in full, and didn't make a fuss about a vacation week we never claimed, or days we had to pick up early because of power and water issues when there was construction happening. Unfortunately true colors show when disputes arise. We had just paid the registration fee (which we know is non-refundable), but our house sold and we needed to move to a different Primrose before the school year even started. Jessica refused to do the right thing, and even tried to ask us to tell the new school that THEY should waive the fee (sounds like a good way to start off on the wrong foot). I know they have no legal obligation to waive a fee, but it seems like the business owners would do the right thing and waive a $90 fee after having spent $45,000 over three years.
