We've had a great experience at Primrose! Our kids like it here, the teachers are kind and fun but also keep them in line and teach them manners and how they should act in class. The lessons and curriculum I feel are some of the best in the area to prepare my kids for Kinder and get them ahead. We've enjoyed our time here and I feel my kids are in a great place to excel in the next step of their educational journey.

Could not be happier with this school!!! My daughter has been enrolled since 8 months old and has loved all her teachers! We have the most trust and support for this school. I love knowing the owners are so involved and care so much about each child! They know everyone by first name and evolve everyone in all event!

Called to ask for info and the woman I spoke with was so rude and cut me off! I’ve visited primrose schools and never have i experienced that, I was simply calling to see about putting my child in the program. She was just like sorry we are on a huge wait list! Like 30 families waiting to get in and that was it, she couldn’t provide me with any other info or even seemed willingly to do so... very disappointed. 😪

THIS IS A FRANCHISE, NOT A SCHOOL Do not put your child or yourself through it! Wrong at every level. First, they were accommodating but only after I agreed to accept charges for more days than my child was scheduled to attend. After enrolling, they said Primrose only accepts bank drafts (even though enrollment occurred via credit card). Next, my child was placed in a class meant for older kiddos where even the teachers recommended it was the wrong thing for admin to do. Kids are expected to rely heavily on iPads for education with little direction.
Required uniforms were so cheap, they would rip or look worn out in a week. We would also receive time sensitive texts from the school that parents were not allowed to respond to but were responsible to perform from. To add insult, they are so disorganized and end up sending notes saying "oh, by the way, you need to provide this or your child cannot return tomorrow", leaving you scrambling. This happened multiple times with less than 24 hours to respond. When I asked about why such short notice, one of the responses was "well, many of our parents just take off from work". SERIOUSLY. This is not stable for any child.
I ultimately removed my child and am happy and he is back to stable in spite of their lack of help. Oh yeah, the money I paid in advance? did they refund?... and I quote "the check is in the mail". Classrooms are clean and the school looks very nice... but I'll take chances in Vegas with money not my kiddo.
