I will start this by saying at first we loved primrose , and there is some really amazing staff here;we loved all of the teachers, they were awesome however things took a turn. My 4 year old daughter had been attending since December and at first had no issues , for the last month or so she started to have behavioral issues that is not at all uncommon in four year old. We had good communication and I explained that I was doing everything in my power to correct the behaviors (I’m also an autism mom so this is not my first rodeo and my father is a sped teacher so we are very knowledgeable on children’s behaviors so we were working on it). My husband who is a minority and heavily tattooed, he recently came home from treatment and came to a parent teacher conference, I believe this is where the prejudice and judgment came in to place . In the parent teacher conference everything I said was misunderstood, the blame for my daughters behavioral issues that she was having for a month or to prior then was blamed on my husband coming home. Not even a week later that same person who we had the parent teacher conference called me on my wedding day to inform me my daughter was being expelled and needed to be picked up that day. There was not one incident report ever given to me about any of the incidents my daughter had with her behavior , in fact I never received anything in writing ever about these issues, there was no warning about complete expulsion , there was not even a suspension or any days home in fact she was only sent home one day ever. I’ve worked in many childcare facilities and my children have attended different ones and I’ve never in my life heard of a daycare kicking out a child without any prior suspensions or any warning and when I brought this up to them I was told they do not do incident reports and they said that did warn me and they were extremely defensive about it. It felt like there was 100% discrimination involved , I feel like there should’ve been appropriate warnings , documentations , and even suspension prior to complete expulsion. I’m very upset about my experience and I hope all parents can take this into consideration!

We have been at Primrose Four Points for almost two years now and they have always treated us like family. Ms. Tammy makes the children feel so comfortable and safe and my daughter’s classroom teachers have all been so wonderful. She loves the pre-k field trips!

Primrose eased the transition for me to go back to work because I knew my baby was in loving care with the kind infant teachers. We have loved having Primrose as part of our “village” in this journey of parenthood. The updates throughout the day give peace of mind as well as the inclusion and effort they go to include parents in special events. I really appreciate the Primrose teachers and staff for making a connection with our child, treating him with love and care, and making us feel comfortable and welcome.

We had a wonderful experience at Primrose Four Points! We wish we would have found them sooner. Our kiddos had AMAZING experiences with their teachers, staff and administration. Their teachers and fun memories still make their way into regular dialog even after we moved.

Our experience at Primrose School of Four Points has been outstanding and I cannot thank them enough for being such a positive influence in our kids lives. We've been at this Primrose for over two years now and our daughter has always been in the Explorers after-school and/or summer program which has always been such a great experience and she loves it.
Our son started when he was three in the Pre-K program and these teachers were incredible with him. He can be fairly challenging at times but the Primrose teachers went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and worked with him to ensure he was thriving. Fast forward to today, he started Kindergarten at River Place Elementary in August and is doing incredible thanks to all of the work they put in with him at Primrose. He's now part of the Explorers after-school program with his sister and loves it. In fact, he asks us quite often to pick him up later because he loves it so much there.
So again, our experience has been wonderful and it's a testament to the leadership and entire staff at Primrose who truly care about the well-being of our children and we couldn't be happier to be part of the Primrose School of Four Points family!
