Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Our son was only there for a few months but in that brief time we experienced so many issues. The staff was communicating one thing and then saying something else days later. They have very small size rooms, which isn’t a huge thing but just not great considering the price. We found that they also had an inadequate amount of diaper changes and there was a day where we caught the toddler teacher at the time lying about how often changes were happening. The not so great quality food, which is apparently just standard across primrose schools (nothing is fresh everything is canned). Lastly, and the cherry on top was actually witnessing a staff member carry a 4 year old over her shoulder like a sack of potatoes because he was crying on his way in… Not to mention that even making a report to primrose as a whole didn’t do anything.. yeah that just says it all.

I am so glad I made the switch over to Primrose. The first daycare I enrolled my son in at 5 months old was terrible, so I came across Primrose, visited their facility for a tour and felt so welcomed by the owner and infant room teachers. They genuinely care about my son and always keep me updated throughout the day with what he does, eats and naps, as well as pictures of him playing. Since COVID happened, they have implemented safety protocols to keep all children and staff safe during this scary time. They do temperature checks first thing at drop off to ensure that children and staff are both okay to enter the building. They inform the parents right away if any babies have been sick. I absolutely love Primrose!

We started our son here when he was 17 months. He is 2 years old now and absolutely loves going to school every day! He learns so many new things each day at primrose, and it has been really fun watching him grow and develop over the last year. The staff is very responsive and personable. I never knew I could feel so comfortable dropping him off every morning! We plan to start our 5 month old here in 2021 to join his brother. Highly recommend!
