My family absolutely loves Primrose. Our son has been going here about 4 months, and we have had an amazing experience. The teachers and leadership team have been great to our son, and he has had major breakthroughs in talking and being less shy since started. We highly recommend!

As a parent, finding a daycare that not only meets but exceeds expectations can feel like searching for a needle in a haystack—but Primrose at Smyrna has proven to be that rare gem.
From day one, the level of communication has been exceptional. The school keeps parents consistently informed through multiple channels, including regular email updates, printed calendars, and monthly menus. These thoughtful touches ensure that we always know what’s happening in our child’s day, from meal planning to special events and themed learning units.
The warm, personal greetings from staff members each morning and afternoon make a tremendous difference. It’s clear that the team values not only my son’s education but also his emotional well-being. Every staff member knows his name and greets him with genuine enthusiasm—something that gives us incredible peace of mind and makes our son feel truly seen and cared for.
The curriculum is both enriching and engaging, blending structured learning routines with creative exploration. From painting, sign language, to character development lessons, the programming is thoughtfully designed to meet children where they are developmentally, while also challenging them to grow.
One of the most reassuring aspects of our experience is the communication through the Procare app. It’s not just a tool for updates—it's a window into our son’s day. We receive photos, activity summaries, and even notifications about nap times and meals. The school also uses the app to inform parents of safety drills and other important practices, reinforcing our confidence in their professionalism and attention to detail.
Overall, Primrose at Smyrna is a nurturing, well-organized, and highly communicative environment that helps children thrive. We are incredibly grateful to be part of this wonderful community and couldn’t be happier with the care our son receives every single day

We are beyond grateful for the love, care, and attention the Primrose School of Smyrna has given our baby. From the very first day, the staff made us feel at ease, treating our little one as if they were their own. The teachers and directors are not only professional but truly kindhearted, and it’s clear how much they genuinely care about each child’s happiness, growth, and safety.
As parents, trusting someone with your baby is one of the hardest decisions to make — but with Primrose, we have had complete peace of mind. And that means a lot coming from two extremely picky parents.
If you’re looking for a place where your baby will be loved, nurtured, and supported every single day, we can’t recommend Primrose of Smyrna enough.

If I could give this location more than 5 stars I would! The staff is absolutely amazing, caring, and attentive! Taking the next step to place my 3 year old and 1 year old in childcare after being home was nerve wrecking! However, all the staff members and teachers at Primrose eased those nerves every step of the way! Thank you Ms Stephanie, Lorraine, and Morgan for being true angels for my family!

Our experience at Primrose School of Smyrna has been incredibly disappointing. From early on, it became clear that the school fosters an environment of favoritism and nepotism. Certain children, especially those whose parents are connected to staff, consistently receive special treatment and that favoritism trickles down into decisions that directly impact the rest of the children.
One painful example was when my child was left lying on the floor after nap time, while the other children were already up, gathered around the table, and engaged with the teacher. It was as if my child didn’t matter completely ignored without reason. Incidents like this are unacceptable in any professional childcare setting.
To make matters worse, my child was deliberately excluded from co-leading the Pledge of Allegiance during graduation an opportunity she had been looking forward to and deserved just as much as the others. The emotional toll of that kind of exclusion on a child is not something to brush off.
When concerns were raised, no real accountability followed likely because of nepotism within the staff. Disciplinary action was either avoided or downplayed when it involved favored families or staff connections. That kind of imbalance in discipline and accountability creates a toxic environment for children and parents alike.
Every child deserves to feel seen, valued, and treated fairly none of which we consistently experienced at this school.
