These thoughtful touches ensure that we always know what’s happening in our child’s day, from meal planning to special events and themed learning units. The warm, personal greetings from staff members each morning and afternoon make a tremendous difference. It’s clear that the team values not only my son’s education but also his emotional well-being. Every staff member knows his name and greets him with genuine enthusiasm—something that gives us incredible peace of mind and makes our son feel truly seen and cared for. The curriculum is both enriching and engaging, blending structured learning routines with creative exploration. From painting, sign language, to character development lessons, the programming is thoughtfully designed to meet children where they are developmentally, while also challenging them to grow. One of the most reassuring aspects of our experience is the communication through the Procare app. It’s not just a tool for updates—it's a window into our son’s day. We receive photos, activity summaries, and even notifications about nap times and meals. The school also uses the app to inform parents of safety drills and other important practices, reinforcing our confidence in their professionalism and attention to detail. - SGSierra GambleSep 3, 20252.0We were optimistic about our infant attending but ultimately decided to leave because after multiple instances of raising our ongoing concerns to the directors and requesting to keep our infant on an age appropriate schedule, our child continued to be kept awake by staff for multiple hours longer than we wanted, and experienced many instances of bad diaper rash despite their insistence that they were changing diapers routinely. We attempted to resolve these issues with staff and decided to leave due to lack of any change after our concerns were raised.

All the owners, teachers, administrators, and support staff have been supportive and nurturing since day one. I noticed a big jump in my child’s knowledge on their ABCs after a couple months of enrollment. Also noticed other improved behaviors. Overall, I have zero complaints and look forward to more years at Primrose.
