We started at Primrose 12 south when our little one was four months old as first time parents our first daycare experience was great. We loved his infant classroom teachers and we can tell that they loved our little one. We built a great rapport, they communicated daily, and were excited as we were seeing our little one grow and meet milestones. We have moved up to the toddler classroom this school year and it has come with its usual challenges of course, transitioning to new teachers, warming up to the new classroom, and adjusting to new communication styles. Unfortunately that transition was longer than expected due to turnover with both teachers in the classroom within weeks of the new school year starting , while we initially saw this as a negative, we have to give credit to the Primrose leadership for handling and addressing issues and concerns professionally and taking us and our concerns into consideration as they hired replacement teachers, getting them ramped up and trained. They’ve always communicated the plans, and provided status throughout the ordeal. While we would have preferred to not have to deal with these kind of issues, Primrose has handled this ordeal delicately and I can’t say they don’t have us and our little ones best interest in mind.

We have been at Primrose since 2020. We started at Midtown and moved to the 12th South location when it opened. The staff are always friendly and my kids love the teachers. They do a great job having activities for the entire family… trunk or treat, daddy daughter dances and Mother’s Day teas. I would recommend Primrose to anyone looking for solid daycare.

Having had my first child a year ago, this is my first experience with preschool and I couldn’t be more pleased. Bre has made us feel welcome from the day we took our first tour. Additionally I love my daughter’s teachers, Ms. Latoya and Ms. Anginae. They are so great with the kids and my daughter always has a smile on her face when I pick her up. They also send cute pictures throughout the week so I can see her
Tv having fun with all of her classmates. I know turnover can be tricky with childcare facilities but I can genuinely say that the upper management at Primrose 12th South do all they can to keep good teachers and keep stability for the kids. I’m very pleased with our experience so far and would highly recommend at least taking a tour to see if you feel the warm welcome that drew our family to picking this preschool. Thanks to the whole team there for always taking such great care of Harper!
