  We’ve had an excellent experience with Primrose, and what stands out most is the staff's professionalism and training. Recently, my son had difficulty while eating a meal, and the way the team handled the situation was incredibly reassuring. They contacted me right away, clearly explained what was happening, and took proactive steps to ensure his safety. It was evident that they are well-trained, calm, and prepared to handle situations appropriately. Their communication was thorough and professional, which gave me a lot of confidence in their care. Knowing my son is in an environment where the staff is not only caring but also highly trained and capable of responding to both everyday routines and unexpected situations gives me great peace of mind. I truly appreciate the level of professionalism they demonstrate every day.

  Would highly recommend to any friends and family. Everyone has a great attitude and is friendly. The school/building feels clean and very safe.

  Primrose School of Sioux Falls at Heather Ridge has exceeded any expectations we had as first time parents. It was important to us that our baby was safe, loved, and cared for each day. Primrose keeps you updated every step of the way- photos, activities, check-in’s, and everything in between. Truly, nothing beats the feeling of knowing you can trust anyone there and check-in whenever you need to. We cannot recommend them enough!

  I couldn’t be happier with our experience at this child care center. From day one, the staff has been warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in the well-being of every child. The teachers take the time to truly know each child’s personality, strengths, and needs, which has made such a positive difference for our family.The environment is clean, safe, and welcoming, and it’s clear that a lot of thought goes into creating engaging, age-appropriate activities. My child is excited to go each day and comes home happy, confident, and eager to share what they’ve learned. The communication with parents is excellent— I always feel informed and reassured. What stands out most is the level of care and compassion shown by the entire team. You can tell this is more than a job to them—it’s a passion. We are incredibly grateful to have found a place where My child feels safe, supported, and loved. I highly recommend this center to any family looking for high-quality, trustworthy child care.

  We know the Berg family outside of Primrose, and when they first shared their vision of opening this school, we were confident there was no one better suited to bring it to life. We knew from the start it was going to be amazing. It was created with tremendous care, thoughtful planning, and attention to every detail. Our son attends part-time, and from his very first day, he was welcomed with warmth, compassion, and high-quality care. The teachers—and especially the leadership team—are highly personable and demonstrate a sincere commitment to every child and family who enters the school. Highly recommend!
