This is the best place in the Sioux Falls area. No question. We moved from out of state and came from similar locations/quality preschools but the owner and staff are exceptional. Every day our child is greeted with love and comes home happy - they are constantly helping our toddler grow and learn in a caring and nurturing environment.

My family and I have been impressed with every aspect of Primrose since the first phone conversation with Paige. We have a 2 year old daughter who has grown so much already due to the teachers and staff in place. Paige has made it her mission to ensure all kids are in the best hands. We are beyond grateful to have such an amazing place in Sioux Falls.

I heard about Primrose first when they announced the plans to build a new center in Sioux Falls. I was expecting at the time so was looking to reserve an infant spot. My colleague knew of Primrose from where she previously lived and knew so many people who raved about the school. I signed her up based on this.
My daughter started in the infant room the day they opened and I have been thrilled with her care! This is my first experience with a daycare and any anxiety I had about the care of my daughter disappeared instantly once we started. I love the updates about her day on the app as well as how easy it has been to communicate with the admin as well as her teachers. The admin staff is very welcoming and often find them helping in the classroom. She has consistent teachers for the far majority of the day that get to know her well. I love the pictures they upload of some of the activities they do each day. I’m thrilled knowing they can provide all her care and education until she is ready to start Kindergarten. It is obvious Paige opened Primrose for the right reasons. I highly recommend Primrose!

Our youngest daughter (2 y.o.) began here on 8/18/25. There are not enough positive adjectives to describe her experience so far! She loves going to her new school! She is well cared for and nurtured as if she were still at home. The class size is small, guaranteeing attention for all the little ones and not overwhelming the teachers. Her teachers are wonderful! They communicate regularly, upload pictures to the app for us to see how her day is going and they greet her with a smile every single day. The food selection is diverse and provides ample opportunities for our daughter to try new things. It has been a wonderful experience overall and you can tell that this place is run well from the top to the bottom. Everybody is happy to be there. Everybody from the teacher to the office staff to the owners are personable and there for the kiddos, which shows through how beautiful the facility is and how the children come and go smiling daily!
Our older 2 had a bad start to daycare (another place in another state) and I had expressed these concerns to Paige (the owner) and how important it was for our youngest to start off on the right foot. To say that my expectations have been blown away is an understatement. Primrose is the standard for child care and if you truly value your child's well-being and interests, this will be the only place you consider sending your little ones! We could not be any happier with how it has gone so far and we look forward to watching our little one continue her journey at Primrose right up until she ages out! Best daycare I have ever had the privilege to send my child to!
