My daughter (18 months) just started school. Very anxious so she doesn’t eat much during the school day which is normal. The teacher put out yogurt for AM snack and my daughter didn’t eat at all. 30 mins later, the teacher offered again and she ate all. I’m very grateful that the teacher is very patient with my daughter. Facility is clean and staffs are nice and welcoming.

I would gladly give a score of 50 instead of just 10 if I could! Both my daughter and I absolutely love Primrose. I'm so thankful to be able to drop her off at a safe environment where the staff knows her by name and where she truly enjoys spending her days. Every day, I feel reassured leaving her at the preschool, and I am incredibly grateful for all the wonderful staff members there!

My child has been attending Primrose for over a year now. The facility itself is absolutely beautiful and includes all of the amenities any parent could want for their child. From the large playground that allows for the kids to be separated by age, to the well kept and well stocked classrooms to the vast amenities other daycare's/schools do not offer (i.e., diapers, wipes, snacks, breakfast, lunch). My child has been extremely happy and well loved by all the teachers. I personally have not noticed a constant change in the teachers and they certainly do not seem "inexperienced." All of the main teachers have degrees and plenty of experience teaching. The only teachers that may not have experience are the younger assistants that I see, mostly, in the evenings. As for the "abuse" that the other reviewer spoke of, I've absolutely NEVER seen such incidents, nor have I seen them deny a child a drink or a snack. With regard to the diaper cream, teachers WILL apply diaper rash cream to a child, IF a note is provided by the child's pediatrician. I'm assuming this is to protect the daycare. Additionally, management, as well as the owner, have always been involved in day-to-day activities and care of the children. I see the owner/director/assistant director every single day that I drop off or pick up my child. I even see them assist the teachers with drop off and pick up. When my child has any type of incident, I'm contacted immediately by someone at the front desk and given a status update about what happened. On top of that, i'm given a report on what happened as soon as I pick up my child. I don't have a lot of experience with other child care centers, but I can tell you this one has been wonderful to me and my family and I will be sending my 2nd child.
