My child has been at Primrose since the very beginning. Even though there were some transitions along the way, I knew in my heart that things would get better and that the school would continue to grow. That is why we stayed. Ms. Jada was my child’s first teacher. From the start, I knew I could trust her. She interacted with every child with such care and intention, making sure they were learning, engaged, and protected. She later moved into a new role, which was very well deserved. My child’s current teacher, Ms. Cleo, is truly heaven sent. She loves the children deeply and wants every child in her care to thrive, learn, have fun, and develop in every way. She is personable and aligns perfectly with my own values for how I want my children to be cared for. My child comes home talking about Ms. Cleo and wakes up excited to go to school. Drop off is easy, and I have peace of mind knowing my kid is in good hands. Since the Director and Assistant Director stepped in, I have genuinely seen a BIG difference in how the school is managed and how it continues to thrive. I am truly grateful to be part of the Primrose family at Oaks.

Our kids have been attending the Primrose School of Oaks for almost a month now, and we couldn’t be more thankful for the incredible staff and environment they’ve created. From day one, our children have felt safe, happy, and genuinely cared for. Moving daycares was a big decision for us, but we are so glad we made the switch. One of the most important things we looked for in a school was a strong focus on education, and Primrose has absolutely exceeded our expectations. Our son has already started learning math, and our daughter has blossomed in her class—she’s talking so much more and really coming out of her shell. Seeing their growth in such a short time has been amazing. We want to give a special shout-out to Miss Michelle and Miss Ambyre for making our transition to this new school so smooth and welcoming. Their support and kindness made such a difference during those first days. We also want to recognize Miss Amber and Miss Sam in our daughter’s class. They are both so kind, loving, and patient, and we truly appreciate how wonderful they are with our daughter. She absolutely loves them, and it shows in how comfortable and confident she’s become. We genuinely appreciate every single person who works at this school. You can tell they care deeply about the children and their development. We would absolutely recommend Primrose School of Oaks to any family looking for a safe, nurturing, and education-focused environment. Our kids are getting the care we hoped for and more.

We absolutely love Primrose School of Oaks! From the moment we enrolled, we felt such a strong sense of safety and trust. We actually moved daycares to come here specifically because of the incredible staff running this school — we knew them from before and had complete confidence in their leadership and care. I’ll be honest, I was a bit hesitant at first because I saw some of the past Google reviews. But knowing who would be running the school and the teachers who were coming here, we decided to follow them — and I am SO glad we did. Our kids are thriving. My children feel safe, happy, and excited to come to school every day. Drop-off has become such a smooth and cheerful part of our routine. The environment is bright, warm, and calm, and I feel such relief every time I drop them off. The growth we’ve seen in such a short time has been incredible. My three-year-old is already doing addition and subtraction — something he never did before! The teachers truly go above and beyond. I want to give a special shoutout to Miss Zoe, my daughter’s teacher, who is absolutely amazing. She is kind, patient, and truly cares about her students — we adore her. And Miss Jada at the front desk always greets us at pick-up with the warmest smile. She is so welcoming and such a bright part of our day. And I can’t forget Miss Michelle (Director) and Miss Ambyre (Assistant Director). I don’t know how to thank them enough for everything they’ve done — and continue to do — for my kids. They are truly amazing leaders who genuinely care about the children, their families, and their staff. Their presence, communication, and compassion make such a difference, and we are so grateful for them. Our kids have been here for almost a month now, and the transition has been completely seamless. I was nervous about making a change at first, but moving to Primrose School of Oaks has been the BEST decision we’ve made for our children. We couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend! 😊

My children started with the Primrose school of oaks shortly after they opened in October of 2024 in the infant room at 10 weeks old. My initial thoughts were that the new school was much different then the location we toured in Royersford. It felt a little clinical but we chalked it up to the fact that they were brand new and getting their legs and decided to give it a few months. In that time we had a few different teachers all of whom were good but we finally got set teachers and my daughters and myself really liked our teacher. The problems that persisted were issues with management. In the little over a year we have been enrolled, there have been 4 set of directors. Initially I did like the first set of directors and when they left things seemed to get worse. While I was never concerned that my children were in danger I did worry about the constantly changing teachers, the seeming inexperience of the administrators and the seeming lack of warmth in the facility. The second set of directors did little to help with those fears and they honestly seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. The forth director I couldn’t comment on as she was only with the school for one day. We actually got on a few wait lists to move daycares and were ready to jump as soon as someone could accommodate a place for two in an infant room. Through all this time our only saving grace was that we all really loved their teachers Miss Jane, Miss Camryn and Miss Zoe. Then finally the new directors were brought on, Michelle and Ambyre, and things have drastically changed since they arrived. The entire vibe of the school has greatly improved, there is consistent schedules for the teachers, the kids are doing so many more activities, they’re listening to parent concerns and suggestions, and it seems like every other day they’re brining something new to make the school better. Just a couple months ago I would have told parents to look elsewhere but so long as everything stays the current course I am more than happy to recommend this school and no longer plan to move my children to a different school.

I highly recommend this daycare for all ages. My son has been here since 6 months and now is 15 months and they have taken great care of him! They provide honest feedback and try to do what's best for your child which is hard to find in many places. The multiple playground areas, kind and caring staff is what sold us on this place.
